I use Helio G85 and it is not optimized in most games unlike most SD and I think that it's just a uptuned Helio P65. Gaming snapdragon 665 vs helio g85 is fine (6/10) you'll enjoy a lil bit but let pass 3 minutes and you can already cook at the back of the phone. Heating issue is impressive good job by MTK (Heat decreases Performance and consumes more battery life). Qualcomm is still the most efficient processor Helio is just better on paper.

Lol graphic intensive games even light games lags like shit whenever the phone gets warm, mostly COD Mobile and PUBG, the frame rates are not consistently constant and it frequently drops all the time whenever there is a rendering activity even if my ram is 4GB.

The battery drains really fast and the system UI sometimes stutters and hangs lol my Realme 5i with 3GB ram SD665 soc delivers better processing/gaming performance and sustained daily endurance. Don't go for mtk chips lower than G90T, Attractive but pure whack. I use Redmi Note 9 and I know that MIUI 12 is heavy so why say that this G85 soc is powerful enough if it can't even process well? I guess that it's just really good on paper.

Helio G85 packs some immense force in its attribute compared to SD665-712 but farewell to the so called "Gaming Centric Chip" if it is not well optimized by game developers. Yes it can handle graphic intensive games like PUBG and Cod Mobile with ease but heats up real fast like you're playing while holding a warm pot, I prefer SD more when it comes to overall endurance and day to day performance plus MediaTek should focus on making 8 to 7nm chips in this Helio G series line up apart from their Dimensity soc's.

Well I would say that Helio G58 is of good cpu chip but I wouldn't in any way compare it with Qualcomm Snapdragon (Adreno). Of all chip (Mali etc) SP has been found to be the best, it was even compared to Apple (A11 Bionic-three core graphics) which was concluded that there isn't much difference between them for gamers.

Snapdragon is the best so far Well I would say that Helio G58 is a good cpu chip but when it comes to Qualcomm Snapdragon (Adreno) it was even compared to Apple chip(A11 Bionic- three core graphics) which is the best chip. With their comparison it was found that there is no much visible graphics difference between them. Of all graphics I've known (Mali etc), Adreno continues to supersede and also used to compare Android with Apple. Qualcomm Snapdragon (Adreno) is the best. I have g85.

its powerful tho but developpers still didnt optimize theire games for it. for example . am able to play pubg just 45 fps (ultra) .but when i use GFX tool ( i keep everything by default i just start the game using gfx tool) then i can play at 60fps (extreme) without any problem.also genshin impact.

it can run up to 50+ fps on low settings on sd 665 phones. While it can't pass 30 in my g85.dispite that g85 is way powerful than 665 I'd rather choose G85, because the CPU and gaming performance of G85 is slightly better than SD665., And.

What about the battery or the fabrication??., Naaah, i don't really f**kin care about those things., but. if what u need is only for the battery life or the camera quality., Than SD 665 will be a good choice
