I once called the housekeeping to ask about my laundry, but the officer asked me to wait as she needed to ask to the other staff, and then suddenly she turned off the phone, she didnt give me any feedback so I called her again.
Another story, I called the reception desk to ask for trolley because I need to check out immediately. I waited for 15 minutes but no one came.
When I gave the room key to the reception, they said no apology. What a manner.ðŸ˜© I love the location and the hotel have everything there what you need. Best swimming pool with great view city. The room small but are very nice and comfortable.
