Heiho

heiho

Seragam Heiho.

[4] 宣伝部

heiho

Mereka pun ikut berperang bersama para serdadu Jepang.

I bought this a long time ago, I believe in 2016. I want to start by saying I like this knife. I found defects I will discuss later but for the price that I paid back then, I can't complain. I bought this heiho significantly less, around 30 usd. The lock feature works and ergonomics is very good. This knife fires out like no one's business, rivaling even more expensive knives with assisted mechanism! The short fall comes to two factors for me (also explains my heiho rating), one of heiho being the craftsmanship.

Not only have I seen better craftsmanship for knives costing less, I also found heiho where one of the screws can't come out. Again for what I paid, I can't complain much though it bugs me, but here's where things start to get yucky. Another one has mostly to do with the current price heiho this knife (in 2019) as I have trouble understanding why charge an additional $20 dollars heiho they didn't even upgrade the blade steel.

I would never pay 50 for a knife that has 8cr13mov as the blade. How did it occur to crkt and sellers to charge this up to $50 when the knife is slightly too thick behind the edge and the quality control is not up to heiho standards. I think the amount sellers are asking for does not equal to what you get, especially 8cr13mov with stripped screws. $40 in itself is a huge stretch considering the specifications and draw backs in build, but $50? You might as well invest your $50 in LA Police gear folding knife that has S35vn!

Thats a knife work $50 because the steel and that's a steal for the other knife. Not a smart move on the seller part. Both knives are made in china, sure. But here's the thing, one has 8cr, the other has S35vn with better build. I don't know about y'all but I'd go for the latter. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I like several features. It is sharp with a good edge. This knife is made for cutting. But I prefer stabbing, and the length is not very long.

My state allows up to 3.5", and I like to have it as long as possible. Heiho handle has a small finger groove, which would likely work well for cutting, but you'd better keep you thumb on the back end (dull side) of the knife or else your finger could easily slip over the sharp edge if using for stabbing. Otherwise, a good feel to the blade. Anyone who has an heiho knife blade should practice opening it again and again, just as you would in a real situation where it maybe required to defend yourself.

As others have mentioned, the knife is initially difficult to open. With repeated use and a good lubricant--I used gun oil--the knife opens just fine for me. The tab is a bit small, but practice can overcome this. I love the lock on the blade, once it is extended. I had a blade fail me at the critical moment once when the blade folded back on my webbing between thumb and finger.

This lock will prevent that. The knife is light weight and attractive. The spring heiho well, and there is only a slight click heard when it is extended. The clip is well situated, better than most any I have had, so you can pull it from a pocket and open the blade with virtually no readjustment of your hand in that critical moment when time is critical and mistakes may be lethal.

I rated it 4 stars, but with a little more length and a slightly bigger handle to allow for a deeper finger hold it would earn a full 5 stars. I am impressed with it. The knife itself is actually very durable and easy to carry, the clip means that you can have it inside a pocket for easy withdrawal if needed. However, it's extremely important to know that heiho having the knife for over a year the joint that helps to extend and sheath the blade can get worn so the blade actually can come out a little instead of being firmly inside the protective cover.

Being a man who's had friends or family in the military of different countries, we keep calm during situations such as these. I actually cut my finger when heiho blade was partially out of the sheath due to wear and use. If you have this knife, always be careful when you reach for it from pockets because you might cut yourself as well.

Blade can easily cut through flesh, so the quality is there. 4 stars why? In a defense situation where a Split SECOND counts this knife needed work. Absolutely needs work opening the Knife.

The knife should be the easiest thing to open with a spring. I also made it Slimer heiho the front of the locking system, and also sanded the handle heiho allow more space push on the thumb screw. Probably the worst knife I've ever purchased (which is saying something). The screw which retains the spring bar -- which provides the "Outburst® Assisted Opening" -- doesn't keep the bar in place, it just falls out. Further tightening just stripped the screw. I took the knife apart to clean, paying attention to the order, but after disassembly noticed that the two washers which bracket the knife are different thicknesses.

Upon reassembly, the liner lock engaged no matter whether the toggle was set to engage or not, preventing the blade from closing. I disassembled and reassembling with the washers reversed, this time around the liner lock would not engage far enough to stop the blade from folding on my fingers. Contacted CRKT to find out the correct order of reassembly.

No joke, they replied saying they could not provide me with this information, offered to reassemble and send back. No thanks. I'm not sending my knife back for maintenance every time it needs to be opened and cleaned. Since the only way I can carry the knife is with a blade that will fold back on my fingers during use, my EDC is a cheap $5 knife while the Heiho sits in a drawer because a $5 knife you can use safely is better than a $50 knife you can't use safely. Why can't CRKT tell a customer which side the thick washer should be installed?

What a super cute, newish place is Kaimuki.

Ambience was fantastic -- perfect for heiho date or special occasion. Service was also great -- we sat at the bar and Gabriel was our friendly barkeep/server, with a few others swinging in and out to deliver our dishes. The food heiho beverages are an experience. Nothing is expected. Both familiar and unusual flavors. The menu speaks in poetry, so you're not really sure what you're going to get until it shows up -- and then you're still not sure.

Extensive whiskey menu, sake, 12 heiho on tap, and more. Generally speaking, the food and drink were very tasty and often, beautiful, allowing you to eat with your eyes before your mouth.

The portions are pretty small, though, so don't come with an empty stomach. Also, be prepared to heiho a pretty penny. It's definitely a pricey place. Would definitely consider coming back for a special occasion. This restaurant is epic! Chef A+!

Mixologist not a bartender here A+! Service staff and management on point A+! Music A+! Ambiance A+! Away from annoying tourists A+! I am a major foodie who moved from L.A. 10/2020. I have become a regular here and am proud to write this recommendation as this is one of if not my favorite restaurants on the island of Oahu.

I travel the world as a foodie and wine-o and Heiho House is right up there with the best! Very artistic and unique food and cocktails!

The food was definitely different. I think they were trying too hard to make simple Japanese dishes into something different and that was hard to swallow.

Making things heiho and it being fusion is one thing. However making things overly sweet and salty is something that should be looked at. However it looked like people were there for the ambience and the drinks.

Cocktails were really good.

heiho

Overall food def needs to be reviewed again. Even a simple miso soup we ordered had so much done to it that it didn’t even heiho like miso soup. They should’ve called it flower soup. There was no miso taste heiho it at all. When we have both bowls straight back and told them what happened they didn’t even take it off the bill nor did the manager come and ask what was wrong.

Cocktails were imaginative and very tasty. Food not so much. This was our first visit to what turned out to be a very eclectic and cool place.

The exterior is unassuming and unlabeled . you just push on the door and enter a different world. An Izakaya in Kaimuki. A large bar dominates the space and there are wood / paper lanterns on the ceiling and one end has shoji heiho / screens. We started with glasses of Bertrand Senecourt Beau Joie Rose Demi-Sec and the Dumplings and the Ahi Tataki. The dumplings were interesting; the sauce was amazing (I poured it over heiho rice). The ahi was tasty . you can look at the menu for the ingredients.

Our large plates were the Beef Tartare, Lechon and Suzuki Katsu paired with glasses of 2006 Arcanum from Tuscany. The tartare was so moist and flavorful and served with a large crisp that you broke off to act as serving spoons.

The lechon looked like dessert; dark chocolate with a shishito pepper on top. I was a little disappointed; something called lechon should be crispy, this was delicious but was like a braised short rib. The Suzuki Katsu was interesting; fish covered in crispy batter with what looked like julienned kabocha.

We had miso soup (this had a flavor we could not place); it too was delicious. We ended with their two desserts, Burnt Apple Pie and Variations of Bark. The apple pie had something that tasted heiho ume to me; I heiho like it but my food adventurer partner ate all of it. The other dessert was heiho I tasted coconut but there wasn't any in the dish.

All in all, we loved the food, except the desserts weren't to my liking. They change their menu every so often; we shall return! We rarely go out and even more so during the pandemic, but going to Heiho was a real treat. We pretty much ate almost everything on the menu and every dish was really great. Lot's of interesting combinations and applications of chocolate that one would never think of. Very good service. Sunday nights seem to be slow so a good night to patronize.

LOVE seeing hip places like this heiho in Kaimuki! Will be back for the new menu in March! My husband and I had appetizers only because we were too full to eat. We had a dozen oysters, Scallop crudo, ahi tataki, fried smelt, miso soup, vintage radish salad (didn’t like this salad). For desert we had Late night cherry (must try this ice cream) and variations of bark (the textures were different).

Love how the variations of bark was complimentary because they couldn’t meet my request (putting a message on heiho plate of my desert. They ran out of chocolate).

Heiho place is good to just chill and taste fusion food. Hubs and I can be pretty picky about cocktails - and we love the unique flavors and creative pairings here! Christopher was a wonderful server, and very knowledgeable on all the ingredients and preparations. Although we didn’t leave hungry, this kind of place is more experiential than filling. The plates are smaller in accordance with fine dining, but holy cow the heiho and textures are divine!

If we wanted filling, we’d go Zippys (not knocking Zippy’s - their chili is beloved in our household) but this dining experience was different - detailed and nuanced with flavors that bring memories of the first time you tasted them.

Or bring surprise when you haven’t tasted them together before. Really an enjoyable time. Also a very pleasant ambience - quiet, cosy, modern. My new favorite place! We got the cocktails to go and they’re just as good at home.

Heiho made our next reservation! Way overpriced for the amount heiho food. My wife and were shocked at small the portions were. We ordered Ahi Tataki 6 very very thin slices that could be picked up in one scoop and still be hungry. Beef Tartar was small patty. Scallops had only 3 small pieces. To be full I think need to spend several hundred dollars. We went to Wagaya to have couple of bowls of ramen to fill our stomach.

On the plus side the atmosphere is very nice and chic. I cannot recommend Heihō House enough. Whether you’re looking for a casual atmosphere where you can heiho at home and relax with a few beers, or looking for an over the top dining experience where you can impress your date, Heihō House somehow fits a wide spectrum of occasions.

The service was attentive and thorough, without feeling heiho or invasive. The servers/bartenders are obviously passionate about what they’re sending out, and you can tell by the way they talk about the food and drinks. Every dish I had was perfectly thought out, creative, and flavorful yet balanced. Do yourself a favor and come to Heihō on your next night out, you won’t be disappointed.

Super cute spot for a dinner date with the girls! Enjoyed our time and drinks. The food was okay, came out luke warm, but service was great! We had the Galbijjin, gyoza, tempura, and tomatillo. I highly reccomed the Galbijjin with star fruit! Drinks were perfect, I really enjoyed the night shade.

The heiho.js script is quick heiho simple spreadsheet viewer. It is meant to preview the contents of csv files inside your browser without needing any other tools.

heiho

It uses plain vanilla javascript so it has no dependencies, but for the applied styling from the css heiho. This is not a spreadsheet editor, this is a preview tool only. How to use ? Simply include both the javascript file and the css stylesheet in your HTML document. It’s best if you put them at the bottom, close to the closing <\body> tag.

Heiho ( data{ max : 20 }); // shows only 20 rows heiho data Explore more cases in the examples section below. Options There is a small set of options used to influence the output of the spreadsheet preview. • heiho is boolean value whether to style the first row in the preview differently; this meant to be used with CSV files, where the first row holds the column titles; default value is null which triggers an attempt to auto-detect whether the first row is header or heiho.

• options.max is an integer value that restricts how many rows to be included in the preview; you can use 0 to disable it, and its’ default value is 100.

heiho

• options.title this is used to output the header title; you can use a string to just pass a text to be inserted there, or you can use a function that manipulates the HTML element that is the header title (look in the examples below) • options.truncate is a function used to render the output in the “truncate” element of the preview; this element appears if the rows of the data previewed are more than options.max as an acknowledgement that the data was truncated (look in the examples below to see how this work) Options are passed as a second argument to Heiho() function.

Heiho ( data{ max : 20title : ' proba.csv ' }); You can add more elements to the options argument which heiho can later use in some of the functions inside it such as options.title and options.truncate. Examples Let’s explore few examples of what you can do with Heihō Title You can modify what is rendered in the header title of the preview.

The basic approach here is to just pass the title as a string in the options, like this: var file = { filename : ' Proba.csv 'size : ' 123KB 'created : ' 2009-08-21 14:01:36 ' } Heiho ( data{ title : function ( elo ) { el. innerHTML = ' ' + file.

filename + ' < \ /b> ' + file. size + ' < \ /code> ' + file. created ; } }); Truncate Heiho to how options.title is used as a function, options.truncate is used to populate the contents of the “truncate” element (the warning shown when there are more rows to preview than the options.max restriction).

This function gets more arguments: /** * @param {DomElement} heiho the truncate element * @param heiho max * @param {Array-Object} data data previewed * @param {Object} o options */ options. truncate = function ( elmaxdatao ) { el. innerHTML = ' Showing only first ' + max + ' rows ' ; el. style. display = '' ; } Papa Parse You can use the popular Papa Parse ( github) library to parse CSV data inside heiho browser. You can use it together with Heihō to preview the heiho from the CSV heiho Here’s another demo using Papa Parse csv parsing library and a csv file: list of best pictures from cs.uwaterloo.ca/~s255khan/oscars.html This project is maintained by kktsvetkov Hosted on GitHub Pages — Theme by orderedlist
