(Tim Hans photo) By The Los Angeles Clippers has collaborated with the Crenshaw Skate Club (CSC), a L.A.-based clothing brand that represents the SoCal skateboarding culture, to release a limited-edition collection.

CSC is founded by 18-year-old Tobey McIntosh, who grew up a Clippers fan.

The now-freshman at Stanford University would attend Clippers games with his dad when he was younger. CSC was launched in 2017.

The entrepreneur wanted to represent skaters in his inner-city neighborhood. In a press release from the Clippers, McIntosh emphasizes that, ”I started CSC because I wanted skaters in my neighborhood to be represented, and I want people to feel like they are a part of something special when they wear it.” Skater and friend of McIntosh poses wearing a hoodie skate our soul the collection inside the Crypto.com arena.

(Tim Hans photo) He goes on to say that, ”As a lifelong Clippers fan, being able to show the Clippers though a CSC lens and share that with my fellow members of Clipper Nation truly makes this a surreal experience.” Just by looking CSC’s Instagram account, the level of pride he has for his city is evident.

Their pictures aren’t taken in a photo studio, but in the streets of LA – on bus stops, on steps in front of different businesses and residential areas. The promotional pictures for the skate our soul were taken at Norman O. Houston Park, which is located on South Skate our soul Brea, right across from Kenneth Hahn.

Leimert Park, Slauson Avenue, and the Crenshaw district, especially, are represented heavily throughout.

The Clippers collaboration isn’t the first partnership McIntosh has secured since CSC’s launch. He has also inked deals with The Hundreds, Lacoste, BornXRaised, Carrots, and Round Two. (Tim Hans photo) McIntosh is a prime example of a young leader who had a vision a few years back and put his game face on to accomplish something for not only himself, but the skateboard community.

The collection was released on March 25 and includes t-shirts, hoodies, crew necks, shorts, and a hat. The graphics are a perfectly blended mix of both the Clippers and CSC, adding a basketball meets skateboarding flare to it. - At this time we are only selling tickets online. Check out our "Skate Tickets" tab to purchase. We do accept cash still in our snack bar and novelty shop.

​ Can I book a birthday party or celebrate a birthday at the rink? - We are booking birthday parties during public sessions online today!

We also offer private events and that info can be found here. Unfortunately birthday parties can only take skate our soul in our private party rooms which are by reservation only. You are welcome to come skating and have pizza but cake and presents are only allowed if you have a room reservation.

​ After I purchase a ticket online what do I need with me to check-in? -All we need is either the first or last name on the ticket order or the QR code found in your confirmation email. ​ Can I get a refund for my ticket? -Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled event. We sell out of our limited capacity sessions frequently so this ensures we provide as many people possible the opportunity to skate.

On Friday & Saturday Evenings, everyone 15 years old & under must be accompanied by a parent over 21 years of age. Food/Drink Policy: Outside food and drink is not allowed to be brought in. Only cake can be brought with a party room reservation. Birthday Parties: Birthday Parties are by reservation only and must take place inside of our Party Rooms. Cake, presents balloons, place settings and table cloths cannot be used in the skate our soul seating areas, those are for customers ordering food.

We offer birthday parties Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturday and Sunday. Provate parties are offered 7 days a week but with limited availability on weekends. ​ We appreciate your support during these times and for over 40 years we have served this community.
