The staff are helpful as always. One thing as my concern is the payment method. As I am always requested to provide my credit card number on accor accommodation registration and when I recieve their email saying that I don't need to pay anymore but the hotels wherever I stay always request the payment from my credit card on their receptionist tables. I am afraid there would be any double bills regarding this. So, later please fix the system. If I put my credit card on the web registration it means I don't need to be charged anymore in the hotels.

We were asked if we would like to have house keeping to clean our room in daily basis or not, and we prefer not to, but they still refill our water, tea coffee, changing bathmat and towel, which is good.

Breakfast also good, the taste is so “jogja” Soto ayam my favourite. One thing missed is when we extend our stay, they forgot to extend also our room key.

My masseuse tried to massage my head after massaging my feet without even making sure they were clean. After a day of walking in sandals, they should've let me wash my feet first.

The staff was very nice and helpful, you can account on them when you need to find where to eat and experience the city like locals. They greeted us whenever they meet us. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, basic amenities were provided, a good selection of TV channels and the bed were comfortable.
