Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2019 Despite my first dismal experience with amazon’s shipping with the product arriving late and looking like it had been dropped kicked, my initial experience with the laptop.Speed: This boy is equipped with one of the fastest ssd’s available at a respectable size, 16gb of ram (a must in todays era), and a 4 core 8 thread processor.

This cpu tends to score a 4787 on single threaded loads and a 13130 on multithreaded loads accourding to geekbench. "Geekbench 4 scores are calibrated against a baseline score of 4000 (which is the score of an Intel Core i7-6600U). Higher scores are better, with double the score indicating double the performance." My particular machine scored a 5259 on the single threaded test and a 15849 spin 707 the multithreaded.

It should also be considered that i spin 707 firefox running at the time of my tests which was utilizing around 5% of my cpu.The screen: the screen is beautiful and has amazing viewing angles as most ips panels, though when compared to my Pixio PX275H, which has a high color gambit, the colors did appear to be slightly more muted. The hinges are great when comparing it to a family members asus notebook that was bought earlier this year.

Unlike the asus it doesnt lock up in odd orientations. The touch screen is responsive and the pen is adequate for light photoshop work. The pen does lack the capability for the finer details and the buttons on it lack any meaningful programability.

The brightness is average. Not the brightest screen ive seen but certainly not the dullest. I used mine at about 40% in a well lit room and 60-70% in a sunlit room.Battery life: at a balanced setting and an average use case this will last about 6 hours. This time can be increased if you use the optimal battery saving options and set the gpu to prioritize battery life when the system is unplugged. The keyboard and touchpad: this keyboard feels amazing!

Its nice and solid and the keys are firm and dont wiggle. The backlight is nice and crisp—but not over bearing—and can be turned off. The touch pad is large and responsive and handles all the gestures excellently.

The finger scanner is just as fast as touch id on my iphone 6s which is nice. The io: only 2 usbs? Not even a type c? Why acer! It would be more acceptable if both usbs were 3.1 but one of the usbs is a 2.0 which has way slower speeds. (When compared spin 707 its 10gbps 3.1 brethren) That port is basically only useful for a mouse dongle.

It does have a sd card reader which is nice, but it juts out too far in my opinion. It could have easily been designed to fit more snugly into the system upon viewing the interior of the system. The full size hdmi is a plus and the powerbrick for the laptop is super small. The power connector also swivels for optimal placement.Gaming: this is not a gaming machine. This machine shines brightest in its productivity workloads. The integrated graphics should be able to run most competitive spin 707 like rocket league, csgo, fortnite, and overwatch at low to medium settings.

It can run minecraft with optifine at around 50fps on average with a beefy texture spin 707 the laptop is equipped with 8gb of ram soldered to the board and an 8gb stick of ddr4 ram. Acer has confirmed that this motherboard can utilize 24gb if you were to swap that 8gb stick for a 16gb. The NVME drive is relatively easy to access and swap out for a 1tb if you so wish. Theoretically you could also try adding a 2.5in drive as there is an empty bay for it.

If you were to do that you would need to acquire a ribbon cable connector. I have tried one from an SP315 model with no success, but that may be due to a defective wire. I currently have ordered a cable from an SP314 model to see if i have any luck with that. I will update if im successful.I got my system on prime day for $100 off, but even at its full $800 price tag this system is tempting.

You wont find all these features on another laptop at this price point. The closest thing i could find was an ultrathin at the same price by acer, but it had only 8gb of ram and no touchscreen and pen support. I would recommend this pc for your average user. Pretty much anyone that doesnt intend to do any heavy gaming or professional color focused work. This is a great computer in many respects, The specs of the computer are great and it is fast and snappy. The 512 GB SSD feels fast and speedy.

The 16Gb of spin 707 ram is nice. The i7 processor is a beast, with speed (and noisy fan) bursts when needed. This is a fast, well-optioned machine inside. The screen is nice and the 14 inch size is a nice compromise vs the larger 15.6 and 13 inch sizes.

The chicklet keyboard is reasonable, and it is backlit which is a very nice touch. The fingerprint detector has been working reliably for me, but that isn't a feature that I care a lot about. I'm fine with logging into spin 707 computer with a PIN code or webcam. The Acer Spin 3 Convertible Laptop, 14" Full HD IPS Touch, 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8565U, 16GB DDR4, 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD, Backlit KB, Fingerprint Reader, SP314-53N-77AJ has a rechargeable active stylus, which is not - in my opinion - up to the task of doing artwork on a computer.

It IS fine for note-taking and rough drawing, but for serious art-work I think it needs to be better. Still, it spin 707 definitely a nice touch. So what is my big beef with the Acer Spin 3? THE CONNECTIVITY OPTIONS ARE SERIOUSLY LACKING!. There is NO USB-C. If you aren't familiar with USB-C (I wasn't until recently) it is the connector of all connectors. A SINGLE USB-C can be used to add almost dozens of different devices to your computer. A $50 hub can be plugged into a USB-C port and it can support external hard drives, internet ports, HDMI output, headphone jacks, card readers and even charge other devices.

A single small USB-C port makes your laptop able to connect to so many more devices. Without one, you limited in so many ways. Spin 707 Acer Spin 3 comes with only a COUPLE of standard USB ports and a card reader, a headphone jack and an HDMI output.

I am constantly trying to plug devices into my laptops and needing more ports, and the Spin 707 Spin 3 just doesn't have many. Another interesting (good) thing about the Acer Spin 3 is that the wall wart or transformer for this computer is very small compared to most of my laptops. It is only 2.4 amps and about 45 watts, which isn't very much really. You could run this off of a good sized powerbank if you had to for a bit.

spin 707

I was torn on how to rank this on stars. On one hand, I am very disappointed in the limitations that the Acer 3 has on connectivity. On the other hand, it is a speedy little devil that is pretty competent at computing. If you are using this in a work environment where you need to do spreadsheets, e-mail, word processing and even photoshop type editing, it is a pretty nice machine with very respectable specs, speed and parts list.

If you are looking for something super creative, where you can plug in spin 707 things like external hard drives, or drawing pads, or you want an awesome screen - you are going to be frustrated by the lack of USB-C. I'm going with four stars.

It is a very good computer. But if it had even just one USB-C port, it would have been a great computer. I hope you find this review helpful. I feel like that reviews are super important on Amazon and they really help me determine if a product is worth buying or not - so I try to return the favor and leave a review that will honestly tell you whether a product is good or not.

We all use products differently, so I also try to make it clear what was important to me, and hopefully that makes it easy for you to tell if spin 707 will like it too. I’ve used a lot of Mac and PC laptops in the past, and this particular model of the Spin 3 is my favorite for work so far. As a photographer and videographer, my work demands a lot of RAM and processing power, and that is where this PC excels. I can have Photoshop and Lightroom open at once, working back and forth between both programs, and the computer keeps up beautifully. The included rechargeable pen works with the full Adobe suite without any setup required — and it’s even pressure-sensitive!

Extremely handy and natural feeling. The Spin 3 Spin 707 powerful enough to edit big projects in Premiere Pro, but after a certain point, some lag becomes inevitable.

Still, I am surprised it handles large files as well as it does. I usually work with extremely large 4K videos formatted in ProRes CODEC, and the Spin handles them without any programs crashing. The downside of this PC, however, is its integrated graphics card. While cheaper and more energy-efficient, an integrated GPU is a great deal slower than a dedicated GPU when it comes to video editing, gaming, and other graphics-intensive tasks.

So despite its fantastic processor and RAM, the Spin is just short of being the workstation it could be.

The fan also blasts much louder than any other laptop I’ve used, even with just a browser and a few tabs open, and it gets pretty hot. However, despite its disadvantages, the Spin 3 remains powerful enough to work on the go, and if necessary, at least get a start on projects that can be spin 707 on more powerful computers later.

It features a beautiful touchscreen display, a good trackpad, an SD card reader, and a keyboard that feels pretty similar to older MacBooks. I would summarize it as a mid-level workstation — not quite as powerful as it could be, but more than adequate for dozens of professional tasks.

I highly recommend it! There is not much to complain about. Review of Acer Spin 3 w/ 8th gen i7 8565U @ 1.99 GHz, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, 512 GB PCi SSD, spin 707 bit Win.10 o/s, 14" IPS pen and touch support screen, back lit keyboard, fingerprint reader and rechargeable active stylus. I love what I got for my money. When I compared the fully loaded Spin 3 to other offerings they couldn't come close to it. I am just amazed at what Acer was able to put under the hood, the quality of the build is solid and beautifully finished with no corners cut.

The rigidity of the frame and keyboard is superb, the keys have a good feel and the screen bezel is almost unnoticeable. I spent a lot of time looking for a computer that would serve my needs. Everyone has different requirements but, for me, the most important was the ability to handle 3d design, cad and art programs for 3d printing and various related projects. The ability to transition from laptop to drawing tablet was a must and the on board pen, although strange in the hand in the beginning was a nice plus.

For me, I could not have found a better or more well rounded laptop.

spin 707

The ips touch screen and pen may not be better than a plug-in drawing tablet but it is capable of creating professional looking work while being a great laptop, as well. I'm not a gamer but by looking at the hardware I would assume you could run some decent games without trouble. All in all, I LOVE IT!

¡Vaya ganga!

¡Vaya ganga!

Recomiendo mucho esta maquina, de hecho he tenido ya 3 acers y jamas he tenido problemas con ellas. less hard disk 300gb consume by software and window.

Stocks recouped much of their losses, but both markets have looked shakier in the last few days. After falling as much as 13.6%, the S&P 500 ended the first quarter down a mere 4.9%. The rebound may have come from hope for a swift end to the war, one way or another. Or it may stem from a belief that the ramifications of a prolonged conflict would persuade the Federal Reserve to limit the interest rate increases it began in March and said would continue until inflation is under control.

But some strategists suspect the bottom has not been reached for stocks or bonds, and advise approaching both with caution. "One can make spin 707 persuasive case that markets should be down more," said Chris Brightman, chief investment officer at Research Affiliates, an investment management firm. "Inflation is not going to be as easy to prevent as market pricing implies. There is considerable uncertainty.

Risks are elevated." Stocks nevertheless rallied strongly after the mid-March quarter-percentage-point rate rise, which is expected to be the first of several moves that take the federal funds rate to a range of 2.25% to 2.5% this year from essentially zero percent.

Investors seem to expect that the Fed will somehow quell inflation without severe consequences for economic growth, an outcome that Brightman called an "immaculate tightening." With so many rate increases on the way and the Fed also reversing the many years and trillions of dollars of asset purchases - overall, a tightening of monetary policy - he finds that benign outcome unlikely.

"You could have a vast and substantial tightening into 2023, and a considerable recession that lowers interest rates again," he said, "or you could have a period spin 707 sustained inflation in the high single digits or low double digits, as in the 1970s." James Stack, editor of the InvesTech Research newsletter, found parallels with the economic and political landscape surrounding the 1973 Arab-Israeli war.

Inflation had already ticked up, stock prices had peaked, and the war led to an Arab oil embargo that sent inflation and interest rates even higher.

One year after the war, the S&P 500 had fallen more than 40%. He was not predicting a similar outcome, but he pointed out that inflation was already rising before the invasion of Ukraine, and the West's restrictions on importing Russian oil are similar in effect to an embargo by producers.

Whatever reflex the Fed might have to maintain less spin 707 policies, it has been backed into a corner. The latest reading of the consumer price index showed a 7.9% increase in the 12 months through February. As Russia was moving into Ukraine, Bank of America strategists warned that "the invasion exacerbates and extends spin 707 fundamentals of higher inflation." This, they said in their report, will require the Fed to tighten until economic growth stalls.

The strategists warned of an increased risk of a "policy mistake" by the Federal Reserve that could cause a recession. Bulls, on the other hand, point out that the stock market often continues to rally after the first rate increase in a tightening cycle.

spin 707

Inflation and geopolitical risk are up, and so are valuations. At 19 times earnings, "the S&P 500 is still expensive," said Toby Thompson, co-manager of the T. Rowe Price Global Allocation fund. That valuation "is down spin 707 the highs, but clearly is not pricing in a recession," a distinct possibility with a "very aggressive Fed and moderating growth." The rally in stocks in March cut the loss for the average domestic stock fund tracked by Morningstar, a financial research company, to 5.4% in the first quarter.

Commodity and natural-resource funds had double-digit gains, while almost all other categories lost ground. International funds fell 8.2%, with the 22.7% gain for Latin America portfolios a glaring exception. Bond funds lost 4.2%, on average, with long-term funds recording double-digit declines.

Marko Papic, chief strategist at the Clocktower Group, an asset manager, agreed with Thompson that "the more the stock market ignores Fed hawkishness, the more likely they're going to go hard early." But Papic expects the Fed to choose later in the year to tolerate persistent inflation to try to forestall a recession. Papic advises investors to "shift into value now" by buying stocks of commodity producers and in countries, such as Brazil and Chile, that export commodities.

The dominance of mining in those countries' spin 707 could explain much of the recent strong performance that Morningstar noted among Latin America funds. If the Fed does not go ahead with an aggressive approach, inflation-adjusted bond yields "are going to be very low, so commodities will go higher," he said. He acknowledged, though, that putting money into commodities is risky, and added, "If I'm wrong and there's a recession, they'll get killed." In the current environment, he continued, growth stocks, especially large and expensive technology blue chips like Microsoft and Apple, may be dangerous to own.

spin 707

They started to fall from favor before the pandemic, "and then COVID allowed tech companies to bring forward a decade of customer growth," Papic said. "We're at the limits of spin 707 outperformance." The outlook for tech stocks may hinge on the outlook for interest rates. Tech stocks tend to react badly to higher rates because these companies are more expensive than others to start with, and higher interest rates tend to depress stock valuations generally.

Also, higher rates often come when the economy is strong and the ability of tech companies to grow when other sectors cannot matters less. A more aggressive Fed, even if just for several months, means higher rates, and Brightman highlighted a trend, driven by heightened geopolitical risk, that may keep rates higher for far longer: "slowbalization," as he put it, a decline, or even reversal, of the system of freer trade that has created enormous wealth for investors.

Spin 707 new urgency to ensure stable, secure supply chains could compel companies to shift production closer to home, he said. Building manufacturing capacity will require capital, pushing up interest rates and, because it costs more to make a widget in Secaucus than Shenzhen, inflation, too.

"That's bad for growth stocks and bonds," Brightman said. "Over the last couple of decades, profits were created with little investment - a couple of guys doing things with software, not building factories spin 707 doing things with real resources. To create more secure supply chains, for chips, spin 707, mining and metals, you need large infrastructure investment. Then, if we get serious about climate change, we have to replace the grid." Brightman is negative about most asset categories right now.

"The tactical move is to reduce risk and move spin 707 safer investments," such as inflation-protected Treasury securities or cash, he said. "Wait for better opportunities. Take risk off the table and get defensive." General wariness has led Thompson to reduce exposure to stocks and bonds alike. He says he is preparing for possible stagflation, an insidious condition last seen in the 1970s in which slow economic growth coexists with elevated inflation.

"If we do have the stag part of it and we're tipping over into recession, long Treasury bonds is a good hedge," he said, "and we're adding real-asset-related equities for the 'flation' side," including energy stocks and real estate investment trusts. But because he anticipates stronger growth eventually, Thompson's portfolio spin 707 includes economically sensitive segments like smaller companies and value stocks. A volatile start to 2022 left few places to hide in the markets. As the fighting in Ukraine and the Fed's effort to subdue inflation continue, it's unwise to assume that the rest of the year will be easier on investors' nerves or their portfolios.

Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2021 Despite only coming in a thin Amazon delivery bag, the box was in excellent condition. No fading, no warping or dents. Didn't check on the inside for all the pieces (it's a Christmas present for someone else), but I'll update as needed. My daughter loves this game spin 707 the tv, so i bought It so we could experience the fun of playing it together.

Whilst the actual game works, the quality of the pieces just do not. For example, the “letter wall” covered spaces fall down consistently, the lines that illustrate that that door is in play or not does not line up. Lastly you have to slide the game sheet into the letter wall, and because you are trying to hold all the doors up, you see the phrase as you are sliding the sheet in.

I am a believer in playing traditional games with my daughter and, although she plays on the iPad as well, i want her to play games socially with us, but unfortunately this is one game that doesn’t work as a board game, but would be much better suited on an iPad.

My 10-year-old is a big fan of the show so he was thrilled to get this game. While he is enjoying playing with it, I am not satisfied with the purchase.

A lot of corners were cut in the manufacturing process so the components are cheaply made and I don't expect them to be durable. Our set was missing 1 letter cover so there is always one exposed slot. The gameplay is cumbersome with having to constantly turn pages in the manual and deciphering the answers. I enjoy the online game more. Bought this game for our young granddaughter. Very cheaply constructed and frustrating to play for the price.

Have been frustrated with the phrases, as these are way over the top for children to know. Adults yes, children not so much. They could at least sell a set of puzzles for the younger aged children. I wish they made a decent electronic version, other than the one with the tiny screen that shows the puzzle for about 1 second before it removes it from spin 707.

As popular as the game has spin 707 for many years, you would think some one would capitalize on manufacturing some version that is worthwhile purchasing. We wanted a traditional board game to take on vacations, and thought Wheel of Fortune would be fun for the whole family. Unfortunately, the way this game works is cumbersome and time-consuming. The pages didn't align with the windows on the game "board" making it difficult to see which spaces had spin 707, and where those letters were.

Then you need to check against the rule book to know which windows to open at each turn, and then manually click each open. It became tiresome and made game play irritating. Not a fun spin 707. Everything was packaged nicely and neatly in the box. Once the board and wheel are put together with care (not letting a child force the pieces in), it works great and has lasted through several rounds with a family of 5, including a couple times when it wasn't put back up as neatly as I prefer.

The slides on the board are tricky to figure out at first, but once you realize to move them straight and perhaps jiggle them to get them straight, all is good. I like that there are multiple puzzles per sheet, with letters filling the gaps so that, when changed quickly, you can't really see what it is.

That, along with how they have this newer edition with the pamphlet to show how many of each letter, allows everyone to play instead of one person in charge of knowing what's behind the screen. We especially like the dry erase board for the kids to mark off what letters have been called. And to make this last spin 707 longer, we put clear spin 707 tape spin 707 the front and back to thicken the board and also lessen the chance of the dry-erase marker potentially leaving behind faded stains.

not sure what others were expecting from a non-digital board game to have rated it so low, but after having older editions of this game, I find this one to be great. The puzzle cards have random letters in between the puzzle answers so that it's not easy to read what the answers are as you slide them into place. The random letters have a blue line under them to is supposed to show in the display area so you know those spaces aren't used.

While I understand the logic of doing it this way, there has to be a better way! The blue lines aren't always visible and it's very difficult to solve a puzzle that you can't tell exactly how many letters are supposed to be used per word. We've played the game a few times as a family, but the novelty wore off quickly.

My 10 year old daughter has created her own version that we enjoy much more! It's nice to have the money and the spinner for that purpose, otherwise, I'd likely return the whole thing. While you do have to place the papers just so to be able to see the lines it is possible.

We have played multiple rounds with a large age range, from 9- 65. I will say some of the puzzles will be harder for younger children unless they are well traveled or have lots of curiosity. One mistake is not making sure all the windows or panels closed before switching to a new puzzle. We played many rounds at once. Oh one real flaw. Not enough money to continue to play when 3 ot more were playing. We collected money at the end of each round and just let everyone have a bank total if they won.

So we had enough money to pass out on the next round. My Companion And I Assumed Wrongly, That This Game Could Be Played By Two People, When You Need A Minimum Of Three Persons To Play It, Since One Player Needs To Serve As A Host, Which Leaves Us Regretting The Purchase Of This Game, We Are Both Seniors And Looking For A Fun Way To Stimulate Our Cognitive Functions As We And Our Brains Progress Into Our Elder Years And This Game, Sadly, Does Not Fill That Bill For Us.

:-( The wheel is not smooth to spin with. The connection part to the spin board is too tide that makes the wheel unable to spin properly and smoothly. Moreover the wheel unable to place on the table to spin, have to hold it up and grip on the gripper at the back of the wheel board to swap the wheel board to spin.

Released on December 22, 1965, it was the last film that Lewis made for Paramount Pictures, which had produced all of his films since My Friend Irma (1949). It was remade in Malayalam in 1985 with the same title. A playboy, he has devised an ingenious system for juggling three girlfriends: he dates stewardesses who are assigned to international routes on non-intersecting flight schedules so that only one is in the country at any given time.

He has their routes detailed with such precision that he can drop off his British United Airways girlfriend for her outgoing flight and pick up his inbound Lufthansa girlfriend on the same trip to the airport, while his Air France girlfriend is in a holding pattern elsewhere.

With help from his long-suffering housekeeper Bertha, who swaps the appropriate photos and food in and out of the apartment to match the incoming girlfriend, Lawrence keeps the women unaware of each other's presence in the apartment. They regard Lawrence's flat as their "home" during their Paris layovers. Bernard is so happy with his life in Paris that he intends to turn down an imminent promotion that would require him to move spin 707 New York City.

But his life is turned upside down when his girlfriends' airlines begin putting new, state-of-the-art aircraft into service. These faster airplanes change all of the existing route schedules and allow the stewardesses to spend more time in Paris. Most alarming for Bernard, his three girlfriends will now all be in Paris at the same time. Robert Reed, a fellow journalist and an old spin 707, complicates Bernard's spin 707 even further when he arrives in town and is unable to find a hotel room.

He insists on staying in Bernard's apartment for a few days. When he sees Bernard's living situation, he schemes to take over Bernard's apartment, girls, housekeeper and job while manipulating Bernard into taking the new job in New York.

As Curtis and Lewis both wanted top billing, their names at the beginning of the film spin around in a circle with an airplane nacelle behind them. [3] For the film's trailer, the animation was repeated and neither name was spoken aloud. On the film's posters, the names made an "X", with Lewis' name going up from the bottom left spin 707 Curtis' name going down from the upper left.

The film is one of the first times where audiences were able to hear Lewis speak with his normal voice throughout. [ citation needed] It was a departure from the clownish style of visual comedy his fans had become accustomed to.

Reception [ edit ] Writing in The New York Times, critic Howard Thompson called the film a "strictly one-gag frolic" and "just middling, passable nonsense." [4] Home media [ edit ] The film was released on DVD and Blu-ray disc on February 14, 2012. [5] Legacy [ edit ] The film was selected by Quentin Tarantino for the first Quentin Tarantino Film Fest in Austin, Texas in 1996. Yes, because even budget notebooks are getting cheaper and have more performance and features. We will take a closer look at whether the Acer Spin 3 SP313-51N also meets these requirements in this review with a configuration of an Intel Core spin 707 1135G7, 16 GB LPDDR4X Ram and a 512 GB NVMe SSD.

It is no lightweight with a weight of 1.4 kilograms (~3.1 lb), but it has room for the Wacom stylus pen, which is included in the scope of delivery, compared to the competition. Thus, the pen can be stored well and it charges automatically at the same time. Acer has put a lot of effort into the build quality, as the base and lid feel sturdy and are difficult to twist. Only the hinges could have been better. The display can be spin 707 with one hand and we did not notice any wobbling during operation.

To prevent the Spin 3 spin 707 slipping, the device has rubber feet on the back. All networking is done via the Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650i chip, which also offers Bluetooth 5.1. The WLAN tests were performed at a distance of 1 m (3.3 ft) from our Netgear Nighthawk AX12 RAX120 router without physical obstacles or other connected network devices.

Inside, you can see a single heat pipe that runs along the Intel Core i5 1135G7 to a fan. Other manufacturers score with more heatpipes and/or more fans here. Since the entire waste heat is dissipated to the back via the fan slots in the center, the touch display also heats up due to the poor cooling performance. Acer could have done a better job with that. The ITW is a travel warranty that covers service cases during stays abroad up to a maximum of 3 months in over 100 countries around the world.

With the ITW, you can have a device purchased in your home country repaired free of charge in the country where you are staying for no longer than 3 months, as long as it has an Acer representative.

Keyboard The keys have a matte surface that is prone to fingerprints, but it proves to be relatively non-slip. The keyboard illumination has 3 levels and the brightness is more than sufficient.

What we noticed negatively is the cramped keyboard layout. The space on the sides could have been used more here. Overall, the typing experience on the Spin 3 is good for most everyday tasks, although there is no strong tactile feedback. Keystroke noise is relatively quiet and no rattling/bending under pressure could be detected during use. Those used to desktop keyboards may find the key travel too soft, but you will quickly get used to it. The touchpad has a very precise response and offers enough surface area spin 707 giving you the feeling that you could accidentally reach the touchpad while typing.

The trackpad also offers a clearly noticeable pressure point towards the bottom. On the top left of the touchpad is the fingerprint sensor, spin 707 can be used to unlock the device quickly and securely. The multi-touch screen spin 707 a swift response and does not offer any reason for criticism in our opinion. Display - WQXGA in 16:10 format The 13.3-inch LCD display with LED backlight technology scores with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 (WQXGA) in 16:10 format and offers a multi-touch screen.

The screen is only suitable for outdoor use to a limited extent because it is reflective. The illumination is uneven towards the center and offers an average brightness of 306 candelas. If you take a look at the competition, you will notice that Dell offers a much brighter screen, but you also have to make do with a Full HD resolution and worse values in terms of color space.

You can see halos at the edges, but they are not visible in practice. We did not notice any PWM during use. Content creation is definitely feasible with this device. The contrast ratio of 1252:1 and the black value of 0.27 also cut a good figure. Only the response times of the test device are quite poor. ℹDisplay response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next.

Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times. ↔ Response Time Black to White 36 ms . rise ↗ and fall ↘ combined ↗ 21 ms rise ↘ 15 ms fall The screen shows slow response rates spin 707 our tests and will be unsatisfactory for gamers.

This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

Screen flickering / PWM not detected The Acer Spin 3 SP313-51N-56YV is not only available with the Intel Core i5 1135G7 and 512 GB of memory, but also as the SP313-51N-740X version with the Intel Core i7 1165G7( Intel Iris Xe G7 iGPU with 96 EUs) and 1 TB memory. Both devices are equipped with the Intel Iris Xe G7 iGPU, which only differ in the execution units, and are suitable for all common office applications.

The working memory is soldered, but with 16 GB RAM you have enough reserves for the next few years anyway. Spin 707 Intel Core i5 1135G7 installed in the test device is a quad-core processor from Intel's current Tiger Lake generation with a base clock of 2.4 GHz and a Turbo clock of up to 4.2 GHz.

The performance is mostly above average. However, the benchmark starts with a relatively high score in the Cinebench R15 loop, but the processor permanently clocks over 17% lower after a short time. This problem is nothing new and is partly due to the weak cooling of the device. We could use the processor's full performance in battery mode.

More benchmarks of this and other SSDs are available in our technology section. Acer relies on the internal Intel Iris Xe G7 iGPU with 80 EUs for the graphics solution. How strong this is depends on the installed working memory and the cooling solution.

Acer has done a good job here because spin 707 Spin 3 manages to stand out from the competition in all benchmarks despite only one heat pipe that is cooled by a fan. This is probably also due to the fast LPDDR4X RAM in quad-channel mode. Nevertheless, the Acer Spin 3 is not a gaming notebook. Playing current AAA titles is not possible or only possible to a very limited extent. If you still want to play games on the device, you can connect an external display and an eGPU via the two Thunderbolt 4 ports.

You should ask yourself whether this solution makes sense and consider that the full performance of the built-in graphics card cannot be accessed. In theory, Thunderbolt 4 is not the bottleneck here, but the installed processor and its cooling performance. You can compare the performance of other graphics cards tested by us in our GPU benchmark list. dB(A) 0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 Deep Bass Middle Bass High Bass Lower Range Mids Higher Mids Lower Highs Mid Highs Upper Highs Super Highs 20 20.7 24.1 27.6 25 25.1 20.7 25 28.1 32.6 31.3 32.2 31.3 28.1 31 30.9 28.3 28.5 29.6 31.3 30.9 40 22.9 38.7 23.7 23.6 25.8 22.9 50 33.5 33.9 33.9 33.3 26.5 33.5 63 24.4 20.8 26 24.7 21 24.4 80 21.3 22 21.9 21.3 20.2 21.3 100 22.2 23.2 23.1 22.1 20.9 22.2 125 15.7 16.6 19.9 18.8 14.3 15.7 160 16 14.8 17.5 16.1 14.4 16 200 15.5 15.4 16.5 15.6 13.3 15.5 250 14.9 14.4 15.8 14.9 13.1 14.9 315 16.5 16.6 16.8 17 18.6 16.5 400 17.4 16.7 19.5 17.1 18.3 17.4 500 18 16.1 19.3 17.2 12.3 18 630 19.8 17.6 21 19.4 11.9 19.8 800 18.8 17.2 19.8 17.7 11.7 18.8 1000 23.5 21.9 24.3 21.5 11.8 23.5 1250 26.9 25.4 27.3 25.3 12.5 26.9 1600 28.5 25.2 28.6 25.6 12 28.5 2000 30 spin 707 30.4 26.8 12.5 30 2500 29.1 25.3 29.8 26 12.9 29.1 3150 29 22.4 30.2 23.4 13 29 4000 25.1 20.5 25.6 21.1 13.2 25.1 5000 23 18.6 spin 707 19.3 13.6 23 6300 22 17.4 22.6 17.7 13.7 22 8000 21 17.6 21.2 17.1 14.1 21 10000 21.6 18.4 22 17.7 14.9 21.6 12500 17.1 16.2 16.3 15 14 17.1 16000 13.6 13.7 14.7 14.6 12.8 13.6 SPL 38.1 34.5 38.7 34.9 25.5 38.1 N 2.4 1.8 2.6 1.8 0.7 2.4 median 21 median 17.6 median 21.2 median 17.7 median 13.2 median 21 Delta 4.1 2.9 3.6 2.5 1.2 4.1 32.1 34 34.9 32.6 37 40.7 38.4 43.8 35 40.8 43.2 40 26.4 33.2 33.2 31 29.9 43.5 34.9 29.9 19.5 26.7 31.4 29.9 22.8 26.9 26.3 27.7 23.2 25.4 25.1 27.2 22.8 22.6 23 33.9 18.9 19.2 19.7 23.7 18.5 18.9 19.2 19.5 17.7 17.2 17.4 18.3 17.6 18 17.9 19.8 18.5 18.2 15.1 16.7 17.9 18.4 14.2 15.7 18.5 19.2 14.4 15.6 17.2 17.4 13.7 14.9 20.1 20.2 13.7 16.3 20.5 20.5 13.7 17.6 22.3 22.4 13.6 15.1 23.9 23.9 13.9 16.5 23.8 23.7 14.2 16.1 24.7 24.4 14 16.9 22.8 22.8 14.5 18.3 20.2 spin 707 14.7 20.6 20.5 18.8 15.1 24 21.4 17.7 15.3 25.9 20.8 18.2 16.1 28.4 18.2 15.9 15.2 20.8 14.5 13.7 15.5 14.9 33.9 33.6 26.8 32.8 1.8 1.8 0.9 1.7 median 20.2 median 19.2 spin 707 15.1 median 18.3 2.2 2.4 1.8 3.7 hearing range hide median show median Fan Noise Acer Spin 3 SP313-51N-56YV Dell XPS 13 9305 Core i5 FHD The temperatures of the device and case are cool during everyday use and use on the thighs is not restricted here.

The touch display is suitable for all everyday applications: Movies look crisp and sharp, and the integrated stylus does a good job with drawing and presentations. For outdoor use, you might want to look for a device without a reflective display and with a brighter panel. The manufacturer scores with two Thunderbolt ports and Tiger Lake, Fast-Charging and a fingerprint sensor that is placed spin 707 the touchpad.

We noticed the cooling concept negatively; Acer could have installed several heat pipes or an additional fan instead of just one. Then the display would only heat up a bit. Furthermore, the Spin 3 is not lightweight and has a somewhat cramped-looking keyboard. The case looks elegant and high-quality. On the other hand, Acer could have made the hinges more stable. Acer has taken the "Spin" to heart and created a solid convertible here that can be transformed from laptop to tablet in no time.

Considering what is offered for the current price of 899 Euros, you can definitely accept a few shortcomings in our opinion. The Acer Spin 3 SP313-51N we tested with the Intel Core i5 1135G7 and 512 GB memory as well as 16 GB LPDDR4X RAM is available at Cyberportfor 899 Euros (~$1072).

Based in Charlottesville, Virginia, Cake Bloom opened its first storefront in September 2021. More than a bakery, Cake Bloom is a fresh new concept space designed to make every moment, big or small, a celebration.

Open Wednesday through Sunday, daily offerings include cake by the slice, cookies, sparkling wine flights, and a seasonally-inspired menu of savory fare perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Whole cakes are available by pre-order. To be perfectly honest, I've never had an amazing wedding cake before, so my priority for our cake was that it would look really pretty and taste good.

We were blown away with how good all the cakes we tried from Cake Bloom were and ended up going with the lemon cake with lemon curd and strawberries (seasonal citrus).

Designed, engineered and created in the Land of the Dragon, it's nothing like your run-of-the-mill cheap knock-off. It's a genuine Chinese product, not just something put together for someone else – including premium brands drawn by the low manufacturing costs.

The Huawei Honor is a Chinese smartphone – and one with solid specs too. Not as loaded as the Meizu MX, but a lot more subtle too in doing an impression of some of its illustrious contemporaries. Huawei U8860 Honor official shot Anyway, spin 707 phones in the Huawei lineup looks like a phone you've seen. This is not a trivia quiz though.

And we don’t care what phone (or phones) the Huawei Honor brings to mind. Spin 707 must be more important things to Huawei than coming up with fresh original designs. How much bigger, you ask? Well, how about - pretty huge. A multibillion multinational, Huawei is - to put it simply - the Chinese version of Motorola or Ericsson. One of the world’s leading network and telecom equipment manufacturers, they've been making mobile phones too for a while now.

Ideos should ring a bell: a small lineup of low-to-mid-tier Android smartphones and tablets. The Honor is the next step for them. It’s pretty much the company’s current flagship. A 1.4GHz-powered Gingerbread-running smartphone with a rather interesting custom skin.

The 4” FWVGA screen and the 8 megapixel camera are the other prominent features on the list. Key Features • Quad-band GSM and tri-band 3G support • 14.4 Mbps HSDPA; 5.76 Mbps HSUPA • 1.4GHz Snapdragon CPU; Adreno 205 GPU; Qualcomm MSM 8255Т chipset; 512MB RAM; 4GB ROM • 1GB storage, microSD card support (up to 32GB) • 4.0” LCD display of FWVGA (854 x 480) resolution; 245ppi spin 707 density • 8 megapixel auto-focus camera with geotagging and HDR; HD (720p@30fps) video recording, LED flash • Front-facing VGA camera • Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread with custom Huawei launcher • Custom lockscreen with shortcuts to messaging, camera and missed calls • Huawei Cloud + Store offer exclusive content and 16GB of cloud storage • Wi-Fi b/g/n; hot-spot and DLNA connectivity • Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP • GPS with A-GPS; Digital compass • Standard 3.5 mm audio jack • Accelerometer, Gyroscope and proximity sensor • Stereo FM radio • Active noise cancellation with secondary mic • Office document viewer • Powerful 1900 mAh Li-Po battery • Web browser with Adobe Flash 11 support • Smart dialing Main disadvantages • Cheapish gloss • Real smudge magnet • Poor screen quality • Non hot-swappable microSD card • No hardware shutter key • No native video calling despite built-in VGA camera Droids come in all shapes and sizes, feature sets and price tags.

You’ve heard it all about Samsung’s droids, or Sony Ericsson’s, or HTC’s. And think that’s all there’s to know about Android. Well, apparently Huawei can show a few tricks too. We're not quite sure about the first impression the Huawei U8860 Honor leaves. You'd do well though not to let it fool you.

Plain spin 707 and more cheap gloss than we're comfortable with - most people will find it hard to believe they're dealing with a rather impressively spec'd handset.

The U8860 Honor held in hand It’s an easy one to miss but anyone looking for a reasonably priced Android cameraphone should pay attention. It’s time to see if the Honor can do the job and make at least some difference in a crowd filled with class “A” contenders. The Huawei Honor isn’t trying to impress or scare the Galaxy Nexus or the iPhone 4S. It’s a fight they will win even with one hand tied behind their back.

It’s users Huawei need to convince and if the Honor turns out credible, they’d be one step closer to their goal. 1. Introduction • 1.
