Dianne and Thomas Hammond were scheduled to fly from LaGuardia Airport in New York to Miami and then to St. Kitts in the Caribbean on Friday morning. But, the flight was delayed an hour in New York. They were told it was because the crew didn’t show up.

By the time they landed in Miami, they missed their connecting flight to Mia flights. Kitts, the only one of the day. That was just the beginning of their travel nightmare. Long rebooking line leads to tempers flaring The Hammonds were told to stand in the “rebooking” line at Miami International Airport, which they estimate to have been up to 500 people deep when they joined mia flights queue. And, there were just two American Airlines staffers to service all the people.

Between the crowds and the wait time, patience wore thin quickly, Hammond said. “People were cutting in line and screaming at each other. It’s bedlam,” Dianne Hammond said. RELATED: MIA has the longest wait times of major U.S. airports After six hours mia flights in line, there were still about 20 people ahead of the couple when they spoke with the Herald around 7 p.m.

Friday. “While we’ve been here, the line more than doubled all the way down the airport,” she said. They hoped to be able to book the next flight to St. Kitts, which leaves Saturday morning, so they could still salvage their vacation. “The flight leaves at 11:40 a.m. We hope to be on it, God willing,” she said. The Hammonds weren’t alone. Throngs of stranded passengers at MIA Hundreds of passengers were stranded at MIA because stormy weather across Florida on Thursday and Friday led to multiple canceled flights and delays, mia flights overlapping with the airport hitting record traffic levels as travel surges after an extended pandemic slump, said Greg Chin, spokesman for the airport.

Chin said Friday saw 17 canceled flights in or out of MIA, which typically sees about 1,000 flights per day, The airport Friday morning sent out a message to travelers saying Central Florida storms were causing delays with flights. Chin said security lines were moving smoothly for passengers able to board their flights, and the airport’s website listed wait times at between 10 and 30 minutes. Laura Misvidal, an American Airlines spokeswoman, also blamed the delays on weather and air traffic control delays “due to weather.” ©2022 Miami Herald.

Love the experience, mia flights little bummed about the AA flights. Its great to have more flexibility with times, but its not the same customer experience.

Its great to have more flexibility with times, but its not the same customer experience. (Mix of snacks, entertainment, free wifi. It seems more of a benefit in terms of experience for AA customers now flying JetBlue that the other way around Cons: "Plane seats weren’t cleaned well.

I wiped my chair, tray, window and wipe was all grey/brown dirty. Yuck! Very disappointing jetBlue. You used to be my favorite but no more. 2.5 hour of delay to pick someone special to board the plane. Ridiculous! 2.5 hour of delay and excuse was navigation not working you have to pick paperwork however picking paperwork took 1.5 hour? You think people will believe this while you get this special person to just walk mia flights and board the plane on the (exit) seats 4 rows had been kept empty just mia flights him.

I demand my money back. Poor poor poor service JetBlue" Cons: "Both flights were delayed and now sitting on the mia flights at my destination airport for half an hour and counting (at 12:30 AM) because of an outbound Jet Blue flight?

My flights coming in last week via Jet Blue were also delayed, causing me to miss my connection and spend a day in the airport. Hate this airline and will absolutely pay more to never fly them again." Cons: "I believed that animals should not travel with people I had to switch seat with someone because I m extremely allergic to cats.

So I had to seat in the back of plane to avoid a health problem. I think if people have the need to take their pets with them they should have a designated area. Not everyone love or like animals. Thank you" Cons: "Almost all JetBlue employees I encountered were rude - yes I know they were frustrated with flight delays because of system failure, but at least y’all are paid. The terminal was dirty, crowded, and everything was shutting down even though people we still looking for food, beverages, Etc (so passengers make sure you are fed / prepared if you’re flying late out of Newark).

There was miscommunication from almost every step and even on the play, delays were not conveyed. I’ll definitely avoid booking this flight with the airline & airport moving forward." Cons: "One thing that has always made JetBlue stand out has been the customer service. I get pretty motion sick on flights, especially on an empty stomach, so the snacks and meals at mealtimes have always made this my favorite airline.

There was none of that this time around. It feels like JetBlue is letting itself turn into just another commercial airline - over priced flights and amenities for overrated service and a lack of care for the consumer.

Not to mention we were late" Cons: "None of the TVs worked on the flight. The boarding crew in the terminal was rude and very short with everyone. i had to go up multiple times to ask about my seating assignment and was ignored and then waved away multiple times.

And mia flights as boarding mia flights I was given a seat saying they "thought i was on standby" but i never was. i was given a seat in the last mia flights with two other people who had infants on their laps so it was a very tight fit." Cons: "I didn't like that because I was in Class D, I boarded the plane after many people and there was zero space for my carry on- which contains medical equipment, and I was forced to put it below.

The overhead compartments are teeny tiny, and when other people shove all their mia flights in there, there's no room for other people's single carry ons." Pros: "We were returning Home from N, J, we left Florida because of IRMA The hardest part was while booking the flight from Newark to Tampa. At a reasonable rate.

We were price gouged going North by another airline, Awful We are both over 80 years old. I had to call on the phone waited about 10 minutes on hold but when I did get someone they helped me pay over the phone and order wheelchairs. Smooth flight. We had to flee Florida we could not fly jet Mia flights on short notice.

to N.J. Flew other Airline and were really displeased." Cons: "Not being able to pay for luggage and order wheelchair online with the mia flights try. Weare both over 80 years old. Most difficult Had to call on the phone twice. Waited for 10 or more minutes. Our flight was delayed from 6:59 to about 9 P.M. We did get 2 text nice. But was told to come on in any. So we did and waited at airport for flight to leave at 9:15" Cons: "We were ridiculously delayed for 3 hours while other flights that I know of flying united who also had flights coming from the south were only delayed 30 minutes.

I am a medical student, I had an exam the next day and this really made me livid because out of all the airlines, I chose jetfblue because I knew I could count it. I guess I can now say, every airline has screwed me over." Cons: "The plane was delayed by 5.5 hours. We had a 6:45 pm reservation that didn't leave till 12:15 AM. We got home Monday morning at 4 am. Normally it wouldn't be "terrible" but my son was starting a new position that Monday.

I learned my lesson, don't book the last flight out. I just don't understand why they didn't get new equipment mia flights a new crew sooner. As it was they had to fly in a different plane in and flew up a crew from Ft. Lauderdale who flew us home to Ft. Lauderdale. I'm still not sure what caused this problem." Cons: "terrible space/legroom. Very cramped tray table, couldn't fit laptop on it. Made me check my carry mia flights bag.

not even gate check, checked to baggage claim. Yet there was still overhead space once I got on. Lots of. overbooking - mia flights never happen in this day and age. Delta does not deserve its "#1" rating. The rating system seems biased. Probably paid off by delta. Southwest is way better for economy class." Cons: "If you can get it he people at the desk to stop making announcements while mia flights are announcements being made over the airport PA system that would be great.

Especially when the person chosen to speak has a heavy accent and it’s competing with other announcements. My over 50 ears can’t make it out." Cons: "flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available.

However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free.If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose .despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers.

It needs to be a two-way" Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period.

The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!" Cons: "Five minutes before the scheduled boarding time, it was announced the flight was delayed by 1 hour 25 minutes. I am almost certain this was not weather-related, according to flight trackers. I understand mia flights weather delays are essentially out of airlines' hands. However, if the delay is caused for other reasons like "mechanical issues", or any other errors or miscommunications within the airline itself, then they should be held liable.

My time is worth money, so any delays not weather-related should result in a reasonable refund based on the duration of the delay. An apology doesn't placate customers' frustration and inconvenience due to delays." Cons: "Paid for comfort, Delta offered free drinks to everyone. Unfortunately though the flight attendant did not bring us the alcohol we ordered and mixed 3 different kinds of whiskey mia flights two glasses!

We always are given our bottles separate from the mixer. Oh well. Did to being in so late it took us an hour to get a cab in Detroit." Cons: "Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take mia flights, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC).

delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights." Cons: "I asked for an aisle seat to provide relief to my right leg. I was given an aisle on my left. This was compounded by sitting next to a man so large that part of my space was taken, and this was Delta Comfort. Had I been given the requested seat, I would not have the sore neck and back I now have from leaning for 2 hours." Cons: "Boarding process was mia flights (they bused us over to the plane and then had us walking out halfway to the plane's stairs before frantically sending us back on the bus because the plane wasn't cleaned yet).

Not a big deal but we were traveling with a 10 month old so miscommunications like that cause a larger inconvenience than usual. The real downer on the flight was when we needed hot water quickly to warm our infant's bottle.

mia flights

The stewardess had begun beverage service and was about 8 rows away from us. My wife hit the call button, expecting the stewardness to come over somewhat quickly. Instead, she just continued beverage service and got to us about 15 mins later. By that point it was too late and the baby was wailing from hunger. When we asked why, knowing that we had a small child, the stewardness didn't just push the cart forward and attend to us more quickly, she said she didn't want to do that.

No apology, not even a sense of remorse. At the end of the day, a customer's experience will always be tainted by poor service and that is what we received on our flight." Cons: "Multiple delays, from 8:15 to 8:49 to 9:05 mia flights 9:39 to 10:12 to 10:19 to 10:25.

I am not joking. Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance.

I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually." Pros: "Flight 1751 Miami to Cleveland 1/11/21. Flight attendants did not enforce mask policy! Family of four sick sneezing, coughing, short of breath.

The fathers mask was down the entire flight. Even when the flight attendants picked up the trash. They were informed after the flight they did not comply with CDC, Department of health, and state policies. Their response was “ I made announcements overhead. Didn’t you hear?”. Appalling endangering customers and disregarding Federal, State, and local policies." Cons: "Going the food was so ordinary and right after dinner crew kinda disappeared, got to get everything for yourself, even remove glasses with liquid during turbulence.

Booked with BA but it was operated by AA. Never again, Coming back the food was better but was told they were out of fish, my husband on the other side of me was told they were out of chicken.

when questioned, got a dumb answer. ran out of wine (red&White) Spain & France on a day flight & told us they have no control. Service sucks, except 1 mia flights fellow, who apologized. 6 bottles for 36 passengers. 1 crew had cold towel around his neck sitting, 1 doing crossword so we had to help ourselves.

1 crew saw something in the plane & screamed so hard woke up a sleeping pilot. 1 crew slept for 2 hrs and 1 watch TV for 1 hrs. NEVER VERY, IF I CAN AVOID IT, WILL I TRAVEL WITH AA. They own a lot of us more than an apology." Cons: "Well, pretty much everything but the actual seats. The service was.well, you can't really call it service.

Gate staff lied about the status of the plane, updating the boarding time to 10 minutes mia flights then announcing that the plane was still in the hangar.

Passengers would have been mia flights happier to hear the truth of a 2h delay so that we could get food/drink. Instead we had 2h worth of promises that the plane was leaving in 10 mins. No effort was made at being nice--no free snacks or whatever would be nice to make people feel cared for. But what's worse was the flight attendants. I don't even feel like getting into it--just suffice to say these are people who should not be working in the service industry.

I saw them being rude to a number of people and it made an already bad experience (with the 2h delay) that much worse. It's not that hard to be polite to people. AA should do more to hire caring, kind staff who create happy vibes even through stressful times." Pros: "I had to buy new clothes after lost bag and since bag had been lost twice during my trip, I was reluctant to check the bag.

It was of size to cram into my carry on so I did that, but American staff demonstrated concern, had a sense of humor and helped me get a comfortable seat to sort of take some of the sting away. All that was great of them I was aware of being in an upgraded seat. No complaints, but it stung a little because I was deeply aware of the reinforcement of class. The small, extra comforts were wonderful and I wish everyone had them while risking their lives together over the ocean - mia flights the extra room At times, on the way over I felt a claustrophobic panic.

But to stay positive, they were kiind, sympathetic, funny, sweet. I appreciate them." Cons: "My flight from SFO to Miami was delayed so I missed my connection to Rio and now I’m NYC on my birthday instead of my final destination.

The flight status was changed 7 times. And AA said they would get my bag off but they did not and now I have to wait at JFK and hope it got rerouted here. And if it didn’t to hope it can on another flight before I hopefully actually get on a flight for Rio. Nobody has comped me for losing a day in Rio and for my hotel room.

And this has been the worst flight exeperience or my life which unfortunately landed on my birthday. One I’ll remember in a sad and bad way. American Airlines refused to compensate me because I got my tickets via Kayak and I haven’t been able to find a number to complain to a Kayak agent whom I sure would say I had to contact American Airlines and nobody would help or take responsilvitu for this disaster." Cons: "The plane itself was clearly an older model, lacking many amenities I’ve come to expect flying coach.

The overhead compartments were too small for larger carryon luggage, and no one on the crew alerted passengers to this. Thus, many passengers had to go against the traffic of those still boarding to find space for luggage. My seat was at the back of the plane so I had to spend close to 15 extra minutes walking back to the front against boarding passengers to find a place to put my luggage.

A simple warning from the crew when I boarded would have prevented mine and many others unnecessary trouble simply boarding.

During a very turbulent flight, the captain nor the crew made any announcements about turbulence, our safety, or our progress. Also during the mia flights, one of the flight attendants got into an awkward verbal spat with one of the passengers. Completely unprofessional and bothersome. Additionally, I had fallen asleep when dinner was being first served, but woke up before it was finished.

A flight attendant approached me and asked if I’d like a dinner to which I replied mia flights. The flight attendant never returned with a dinner for me, thus I did not eat the dinner, which I had paid for. Lastly, and perhaps most disturbing, was what transpired when a passenger had a medical emergency.

With no warning, mia flights of the airplane lights turned on and a loud “CODE RED” was announced over the sound system. Imagine being a sleeping passenger like myself, during a very turbulent flight, to be suddenly awoken to bright lights and a CODE RED shouted loudly over the PA. I’m not overexaggerating when I say that I was preparing for the worst. A truly terrifying moment that I am certain was shared with many others on board.

To make matters even worse, as a flight attendant rushed to find a first aid kit (which she had trouble finding) she opened up the compartment over my partners seat and dropped a passengers ipad on her head. The flight attendant did return to apologize, but it was little consolation compared to the stress and panic the crew created. I have flown many times, and this was easily the worst flight of my life. American Airlines should be ashamed of the conditions they put their passengers in and they have lost two customers for good." Cons: "Flight delayed nearly an hour due to crew not showing up on time.

Crew blocked aisle as passengers were boarding. Crew did not assist people who needed to make connecting flights by keeping other passengers from blocking mia flights aisle after landing. Airline did not seem to care about all the chaos caused by being so late." Cons: "I bought travel insurance as I do with any trip. I have a complicated family emergency that forced me to call off the trip. Being that I bought trip insurance, I felt good.

Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time.

Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people.

mia flights

You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor.

If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on mia flights pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!" Cons: "Our flight was 3 + hours behind schedule.

We didn't get to take off until around 11:30pm when our flight was supposed to take off at 7:05pm. I have missed my itinerary and cruise trip with family members. Now I have to wait 2 days to catch a cruise and reunite with my family in Italy. It's not fear that the airline don't take consideration for this kind of situation.

We understand that Things happens and the airline takes precautions to make sure everything is okay before take off. However, I'm very frustrated and disappointed." Pros: "Tiny airplane but single flght crew managed my and from what I could see fellow passengers needs commendably.

Whilst I didn't like needing to hand in my carry on (without much warning so I didn't have time to pull out a magazine to read) on the plus side it was stored well as my suit mia flights came out unscathed and you get your bags curb side as soon as the plane lands so you don't have to wait for the rest of the bags to unload." Cons: "During boarding, we were pulled out of the line.

The attendant that diverted us did not explain why he diverted us. Our boarding passes were printed by our hotel as were many others that we saw. We went to a desk where another individual started asking question about our life and where we were going. Still, no one thought it was necessary to explain what part of the process or what exactly is going on.

The man that diverted us, I'll bet, does not have reasons or any idea why he diverted us. I hate to think that he did it because we were Black Americans." Cons: "Cancelled flight due to multiple mechanical malfunctions that should have been checked previous to boarding. Held on the plane for 4 hours, another 4 hours in terminal of the closed airport once allowed to deplane, no communication, no food or water, put up in a hotel an hour and half away despite this being NYC, terrible customer service, no compensation, unable to get tofinal destination earlier than 24 hours later missed events in final destination overall financial and personal losses due to the inadequacy of the airline." Cons: "I never experienced the flight because I wasn't given a seat.

The airline oversold the flight and I never got to go. I missed my once in a lifetime experience because the airline is greedy at my (and other people's) expense. I missed out mia flights a priceless experience. Not only that, the bag that I checked did not make it off the flight so I remained in DC while my bag went to Medellin. I had to purchase new toiletries and had to make arrangements to get back to the airport. As of now, I do not plan on choosing American Airline nor LATAM for my future flights." Cons: "There was a technical issue on the plane so they had us get off and wait hoping they could fix the problem.

It turned into a 3 hour wait. They covered a meal for us which was good and gave us $50 off our next flight. But I’m not sure I want to book united again.

The lady at the service desk was not very patient (which is understandable since a loy of people had to rebook their connecting flights). But I was smiling at her and just asking how to go mia flights changing our connecting flights and she seemed a little bit ready to get rid of me. And the next plane we got on, one of our tv screens didn’t work. And the connecting flight was delayed also because of a technical problem." Cons: "I had to print out my own labels for my bags.

No one told me this. Mind you, I was already in line! I had to go print label. Get in line again. Attendant said I need to put the label on myself. And for me to step aside. I was not gonna get out of line again. No one was there to let customers know of this labeling.

People were confused! Then I paid $25 online for my luggage. Then my luggage was over 50 pounds. I was charged $100. So I paid $125 for my luggage. Lax TSA Employees are rude mia flights mean. Yelling do this and do that. Like we prisoners. I will never fly United again. I will let everyone know of my experience.

Terrible customer service. Then your screens don't work on your airplane. Cannot watch movies. Therefore your plane is not mia flights to par. But I paid up to $700!

Never again. Good luck United." Cons: "we received email for the take off schedule changed to one hour early. End up when we arrived LAX and it got delayed 1 mia flights for take off due to air traffic.

So when we arrived at SF, originally we only have 50 mia flights to catch on the next route to Osaka. There was no gate # provided on our boarding pass and we have to look for the international terminal for boarding. Due to first delay in SF, the time was so tight and the international terminal was so far away, we had to run like HELL and we almost suffered from heart attack.

We barely made it and there was no one to help ever. we had to figure out on our own. This was very bad experience and was not acceptable with such poor arrangement." Cons: "It can't be true that they have not even a small mia flights for someone who kindly ask and then when the flight is over you see them every where and unopened in first class.

Pretzels. Seriously.???. These airlines are n need of a real policy that lets them know it is money we are expending when we take a flight. And taking the carry-on bag. AFTER YOU PAID TO HABE Mia flights WITH YOU?? Unacceptable. And not seating people together after you call and re call and talk to 3 different persons. The last one just says: I will see what can be done and then ignores you.

Not NICE. Please remember that many airlines have come and go. Those are some of the reasons." Cons: "2 of the flight attendants were not friendly and one was flat out rude.

They handed out some form that needed to be filled out before we entered Hawaii. When I asked for a pen she said they don't hand out pens and to start asking neighbors, which mia flights have any either., however when she came back around to pick the forms up and some people didn't have them filled out she reprimanded everyone and kept saying you had 5 hours to fill these out.

Her communication skills were not what I expected and her lectures were not necessary." Cons: "I can't eat mushrooms. Both meals had mushrooms (3 out of 4 entrees) and it wasn't always obvious which ones.

Additionally, the second meal with seafood or pasta, the pasta obviously had mushrooms so I chose seafood, even though I don't like most seafood. Mushrooms all mixed in with the seafood, so I had to pick them all out.

Also 2 of the accompanying sides had mushrooms. Do they have a mushroom fetish like Cheesecake Factory? Need more consideration for people who may have varying food requirements that are unavailable to address during the booking process. I know you can't please everyone, but why overuse an ingredient that has a relatively low appeal to potential passengers? Will try again, just hope they can use similar customer service in their food preparation as they have otherwise." Pros: "A 3-hour stop over for the connection was not enough!!!

The flight to San Francisco was delayed another 90 mins, causing me to miss my 15-hour flight to Singapore, although we arrived mia flights minutes before the United Flight!

mia flights

Ten other passengers missed the flight! A travesty! Worse, with "no hotels available", I was rerouted to Chicago for a flight via Tokyo at 1300 the following mia flights In short, a 30-hour trip became 48 hours of hell and of course an 18-hour delaed arrival in Singapore.

But there was more: my luggage was "lost" and thus arrived two days late!!!!! The only saving grace: friendly and helpful UA staff in San Francisco and especially in Chicago. Wow! I deserve some compensaton, wouldn't you all agree?" Cons: "Our plane smelled horrible: like a bus full of HS boys after playing basketball in Satan's sauna for 2 1/2 hrs.

No entertainment options but it was less than an hour flight so didn't really care. Our flight attendant said nothing about our carry on being bigger than the compartments of our tiny plane so we walked to the back with our bag just to bring it bag and them check it" Cons: "Beyond the control of United, but LAX is mia flights nightmare of an airport.

Traffic control caused delays, airport staff more of a hindrance than helpful. Border control mumbling and barking orders at people like they're cattle. Not the best way to welcome tourists, but at least United Airlines mia flights made up for it with their smiles." Cons: "Male flight attendant was extremely rude. I was asleep when the food was being served and politely asked for a tray of food once I woke up. Fight mia flights that I asked was at the time collecting trash and snapped back saying that he had to finish what he was doing first.

After about 10 min the lady attendant walked by so I simply mentioned that I was waiting for my food in case he had forgotten or was busy. She asked if I had mentioned it to the man attendant and I told her that I had and mia flights I was simply waiting.

Mia flights proceeded to go to him (not sure what she told him), but he later mia flights by and angrily handed me my tray of food and annoyingly explained that he had to finish handing the trash In order to then handle my food. I told him that I completely understood, and he AGAIN snapped back saying "oh really?

Because I heard you were complaining!" And walked away. The rest of the flight he proceeded to ignore me. I had been nothing but polite to him. The lady across the isle was looking his way and the man next to me made a comment to me that I had done nothing wrong and mentioned he he noticed how rude the attendant was to me.

That even if I HAD complained, mia flights was in no place to confront a customer about it. Regardless, I hadn't even complained one bit." Cons: "We waited on the plane for 45 minutes without explanation.finally we were told the caterer had personnel issues and the food delivery was late. I MISSED MY CONNECTION IN HOUSTON OVER THIS SND HAD TO TAKE THE NEXT FLIGHT 5 Mia flights LATER! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Entire crew was very casual and unmoved by my situation.UNited you FAILED Mia flights Pros: "United Flight cancelled because no available working aircraft.

Did not tell us until very late at night. The lines and wait to speak to customer service was extraordinary. Could not get us out until the next day on another airline. They did give us hotel voucher but did not arrive at hotel until after midnight cue to late notice of flight cancellation and long lines at the airport. Sent bag on another flight even though we could not fly out as scheduled. Therefore we were stuck overnight without our luggage, change of clothes, cell phone charger etc.

Seems United has these issues more than any other airline. Will avoid flying united in the future" Cons: "Next to my horrible experience mia flights Frontier Airlines, this 4-hour United flight from LAX to O'hare was among the worst flights comfort-wise I've ever had. What is with the lightweight, streamlined child-sized seats on airplanes these days? Are you really that tight on money, United?

Upon boarding, there was NO room for my single carry-on; a backpack with a macbook and camera gear in it. The flight attendant tried to help finding a place but had to resort to offering to check the bag.

With over $4,000 of gear inside I politely declined the crew handling it. Looks like its going under the seat in front of me. Normally on any flight, I can fall fast asleep after take off, and wake up 20 minutes before landing. These seats were so god-awful that 15 minutes in my back was cramping, and 20 minutes later my bum was throbbing with discomfort.

This went on for literally the entire flight, even with breaks to stand up in the cramped airplane. I had to share a park-bench style armrest with two people, and to make matters worse, mia flights seats didn't recline. The airplane was hot, airflow poor, and overall comfort at an all-time low. These may seem like minuscule complaints, but for me; they're important. I was happy that I was finally flying with a major airline, for a decent price, thinking that I'd be comfortable all the way home.

Not the case apparently for United Airlines. I quit flying frontier awhile back for business, and have no added United to the list. I think I'll stick with southwest and virgin from now on." Cons: "No quick bag drop off option, very slow to be processed. Tons of fees, they really add up and if you pay the extras it can easily be more expensive than the competitors.

Super rude and careless flight attendant. Asked for bathroom permission for my 3-year-old once we were at full altitude and she denied. Sure enough 2 minutes later an adult just went for it.

Then as the seatbelt sign was off she was blocking the aisle with the trolley. When I asked kindly to make room, she didn’t even acknowledge that she heard my request. she did, eventually, without even looking at me. Also very slow to get the stroller and a bit slow to get the baggage but these latter issues may be airport dependent." Pros: "The check in staff were rude, we felt like we were rushed.

Frontier is a deceitful airline, they didn't tell us that the bags were SO expensive, usually mia flights airline gives you some bag for free, nope! Carry on and checked luggage cost a ton of money. Not to mention you have to pay for seats, which is expensive!

If you're travelling with someone and you don't pay for seats and you wait until the end to be assigned then you won't end up sitting beside the person you're travelling with and I must tell you the response I got from them was that they're busy and they have no time to deal with this.

Then there is the flight crew, through the flight all I could hear is the flight crew talking about how they are on mia flights waiting list and something about becoming a full attendant and every other word was accompanied by a bad word. I would file for a refund if I thought that would get me anywhere. Sorry Kayak I like you but from now on I'll be going direct to American Airlines. By the way! The CEO of Frontier is the former CEO of spirit. That alone should tell you stay AWAY." Cons: "I've traveled consistently between 4-6 times a year for the last 15 years and this was my first trip with Frontier.

It was by far the worst travel experience of my life. One of the passengers was so drunk that she threw up all over the gate agent's podium, and this passenger was still allowed on the plane. When we boarded, we had to circumvent mia flights vomit because it hadn't been cleaned up yet. There were multiple passengers on board who brought their own alcohol, were noticeably drunk and extremely loud.

I understand that this is not your crew's fault, but there was a complete lack of understanding as to how to handle the situation. The pilot scorned passengers as a whole, and noted that if people didn't calm down, he would force a landing in North Carolina.

Mia flights responsible passengers such as myself not only had to tolerate the debauchery, but also felt like we would be potentially be punished for other people's bad behavior.

The flight crew seemed to have no idea how to handle this situation. I don't understand why is passenger are blatantly breaking federal regulations, the crew would not do anything about it. When I attempted to check in online, literally ever seat mia flights middle seats, back row) had an up-charge which is simply ridiculous. the seats were small and very uncomfortable. I will never fly Frontier again.

I'd pay double for a flight with another company just to avoid them." Cons: "Kayak quoted ticket prices in search results that were not consistent and I didn't know off the top of my head that Frontier makes you pay for all luggage, even carry ons. The woman at the ticket counter did not notice my luggage and let me know that I needed to pay extra for it, so I paid twice as much at the gate ($60) after being pulled out of the boarding line.

These results should be marked differently so it's not so difficult to figure out which tickets are actually less expensive. Only water on the flight (unless you want to buy a can of soda for $5), only one chance to get mia flights, food is also only for purchase. No entertainment options. An oil slick of grease and grime over my window. Very, very unimpressed." Cons: "I'm sure there's some tiny print somewhere explaining carry-ons are $45 but it should be more obvious when booking - even if you do it through a third party.

It soured the rest of what was otherwise perfectly good service. Other passengerss reacted the same way. I was charged and then noticed the family next to me was charged only $40 for checked bags.

The looks on their faces for having to pay for both types of bags was priceless. I mentioned the cheaper check-bag fee at the counter and she said, "Oh, but you mia flights it was carry-on".

It just felt scammy. Easy-Jet has been a discount airline for ages and they give you all the options up front so you know what you're getting into. They practically charge you for toilet paper but there are no surprises.

Add the extra aggravation of LaGuardia's third world style and you end up with a frustrating day for avoidable reasons." Cons: "First off, our flight was delayed 5 hours. I understand because of weather. No big deal. But when it is supposed to leave at 4:15 and You tell everyone 5:15, and then at 5:15 tell everyone it'll be here at 6:15, then at 6:15 it went to 7:15 and then again 8:15. During this entire time, I kept asking for updates and the staff at Frontier seemed angry so many people kept asking.that's your job.

Because of the long wait many people didn't eat dinner, JetBlu decided to get coffee and donuts for all of their passengers (they said it over the loud speaker), Frontier didn't give us anything. When the plane landed at 8:15, the slowness of the workers couldn't have been any worse.

Loading the bags slow, cleaning the plane slow. Plane gets here at 8:15 and we don't take off until 9:30. You'd think we would get some type of snack or drink for this horrible wait time right?

Water is free on frontier, but nothing else. And they stuck with that. NOTHING FREE! Not even a soda or bag of chips! My friend is 6 foot 4 and I'm not sure how they get away with the nonexistent leg room.

mia flights

His knees were smashed against the chair in front of him the entire time. Funny for me, sucked for him (or anyone tall). He asked to change seats to 1 of the 2 open seats we had seen with more leg room (near the side emergency exit).

Mia flights said no unless he wants to pay $50 right there. In the middle of the flight. I have no words for it. Customer service was horrible, food was nonexistent, drinks were nonexistent, leg mia flights was nonexistent. And that sums up how I'll never be using frontier ever again. Pay $50 more for a better plane service seriously." Cons: "Frontier is cheap, but I guess this is because they cut corners by not paying people to attend to their check-in kiosk.

As a result, fifty or more people were waiting at the check in with no idea whether or not it was the right place or whether someone would eventually come. There were no chairs benches or waiting area---and we were forced to watch while other people were welcomed by their airlines.

Also, having to pay for a single carry on seems like overkill to me." Cons: "There is a charge for a carry-on luggage fee of $45 so I paid the $40 fee to check my baggage in.

Arrived 3 hours before flight. The flight was delayed for 2 hours. Get to the destination with no transfers and my luggage is the only piece that doesn't make it! The baggage claim attendant was all nonchalant and informed me every bag in their history has ALWAYS showed up in a few days. I'm traveling for a weekend business convention.so I had to repurchase clothing and items and possibly another mia flights fot the return trip. I will not be using this airline in the future." Cons: "I booked tickets with this airline for the first time because prices were significantly cheaper than mia flights other airlines.

However, I didn't realize I would have to pay $45 for carry on luggage, pay extra if I did want a seat in the middle, and even pay for soft drank! After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have mia flights been on. No leg room, small seats mia flights do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!" Cons: "Charging to choose a seat.

No distinction in check in between "personal item" and "carry on" so you're almost tricked into buying a carry on when it prompts "no, I don't plan to bring anything with me", must print boarding pass unless you use Frontier app but there were no self help Kiosks at the airport" Cons: "The flight attendant was laughing during the safety speech, which was a little discomforting if you like to feel as if you may make it alive.

If you like to not move your legs around or not be able to recline slightly while in an air plane, then this is your airline. The flights are cheap but they forgot to tell you they charge for one carry on! You might as well fly with a legitimate company and not end up paying the same price if not more because of all the "fine print".

The saying goes "buy cheap, get cheap" but this airline is a little out of control." Cons: "Since when did one have to PAY for a very light refreshment on a plane?! We had been in the airport with no food/beverage available because of the time and then not to be compensated even a little bit with a snack of any sort was just more than I could stand. My kids were hungry and thirsty and I was not going to use a credit card for cheese curls and a bottle of water. The interest alone would have been about the same as my mortgage payment!

The seats on the plane do not lean back and there is hardly mia flights cushion on them. It was uncomfortable and will make me rethink using Frontier airlines again." Cons: "After adding up all of the hidden fees with the "low cost" of the flight, it all came out to MORE than I would have paid if I had booked a flight with another carrier!. As ad DEPENDENT of an active duty military member, I NEVER have to pay for checked luggage, much less a carry on!

Once I got over having to pay and additional $150 for luggage, I board the plane to find extremely uncomfortable seats with half of a tray table, all I could do was laugh. The joke was totally on me!!!! For a flight that was over 3 hours long, it was NOT WORTH ANY OF IT!!!

I didn't do the research that I should mia flights, and that is totally on me. Fool me once, but NEVER AGAIN." Cons: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)" Flights • Flights to New York • Flights to Los Angeles • Flights to Las Vegas • Flights to Orlando • Flights to Chicago • Flights to Miami • Flights to London • Flights to Denver • Mia flights to San Francisco • Flights to Fort Lauderdale • Flights to Washington, D.C.
