But while Usagi and Chibiusa watch a Solar eclipse with Mamoru, they all see a vision of a pegasus named Helios asking for their help, and Mamoru gets a stabbing feeling in his chest. The Dead Moon Circus arrives on a flagship and its members conjure a dark barrier around the area where the circus tent is. That night, Chibiusa has a dream of Helios, who deems her the maiden he seeks to find the Golden Crystal to save Elysion while giving her a bell to summon him should she need him.

When Chibiusa tries to return to the 30th century with Diana, the dark barrier stops her and alerts the Amazoness Quartet as they send a tiger to investigate. Usagi and Chibiusa's brooches are upgraded by Helios, allowing them to transform into Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon.

The Amazoness send some Lemures to fight the Sailor Guardians, but they quickly destroy them. Mamoru faints from the pain in his chest while the Amazoness PallaPalla switches Usagi and Chibiusa's ages. The circus' ringleader Zirconia is instructed by her master, Queen Nehelenia, to let the Sailor Guardians' nightmares take hold of them so she can obtain the Silver Crystal.

PallaPalla turns the tiger and two other animals into Amazon Trio to each target a Sailor Guardian. Fish's Eye infiltrates Ami's home and uses her solitude against her, only to be destroyed when she gains her Sailor Crystal and assumes her own Super Sailor form. Rei does the same while Tiger's Eye targets her in the mirror house, resulting in his own demise. Hawk's Eye poses as a herb seller and is fatally wounded by Makoto after selling her and Chibiusa cursed rings, encouraging her to follow her dreams before dying.

Super Sailor Moon says she will heal Mamoru and hugs him which then gives Usagi the same curse as Mamoru. Minako frets on her inability to transform, as the Amazoness VesVes sends the knife-throwing twins, Xenotime and Zeolite, after her.

In the ensuing conflict with the Amazonesses and the knife-throwers, Minako is saved by Artemis as he assumed human form to present her with her sailor crystal, enabling her to transform into Super Sailor Venus and destroy Xenotime and Zeolite to save her comrades.

Helios sends Usagi and Mamoru back to the surface, joining the Sailor Guardians as Zirconia casts a hot, suffocating fog to impede them. pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie

Standing in front of a mirror, she tells her master, Queen Nehelenia, that the time has come. At the solar eclipse from the end of Season 3, where Usagi, Chibiusa, and Mamoru hear a bell, they suddenly receive a vision from a pegasus asking for their help, and Mamoru gets a stabbing feeling in his chest. The Dead Moon Circus arrives on a flagship from the Amazon Jungle. Usagi tells Chibiusa to wait until tomorrow morning to go back to the future.

While Usagi and Chibiusa have a sleepover with Mamoru, Chibiusa mentions that Neo Queen Serenity pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie tell her bedtime stories, and one of them was of a dark world inside a mirror. At the Dead Moon Circus, Zirconia sits on her throne in front of a tiger, a hawk, and a fish. Her servants, the Amazoness Quartet ( JunJun, VesVes, CereCere, and PallaPalla), appear, and PallaPalla uses an Amazon Stone to conjure a dark barrier around the area where the circus is.

That night, Chibiusa dreams of riding Pegasus, who gives her a bell, telling her to ring it if she needs him. His name is Helios and he needs the Golden Crystal to save Elysion. When Chibiusa wakes up, she still has the bell.

PallaPalla's barrier keeps Chibiusa and Diana from returning to the 30th century, and she wants to help Helios. PallaPalla senses the disturbance on her barrier and VesVes sends the tiger to investigate. Usagi and Chibiusa attempt to stop the tiger, but find themselves unable to transform, until their broaches transform to upgraded forms, allowing them to transform into Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon. VesVes and PallaPalla then arrive; VesVes sends the tiger back to the circus and PallaPalla summons nightmare creatures called Lemures to attack Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon.

Sailor Chibi Moon summons Helios, who transforms kaleidoscopes Mamoru got for her and Usagi earlier into their new magic weapons, enabling them to use Moon Gorgeous Meditation to destroy the Lemures and PallaPalla's Amazon Stone.

After Mamoru faints from another stabbing pain in his chest, PallaPalla uses a mirror to read Usagi and Chibiusa's thoughts and switches their ages, while Zirconia's eyeball servant, Zircon, spies on them, and Queen Nehelenia takes note of the Silver Crystal and the reincarnated Sailor Guardians from inside her mirror. Zirconia assures Nehelenia she remembers them, and Nehelenia tells her to let their nightmares take hold of them, saying she must have the Silver Crystal. Mamoru's doctor is Ami's mother, and the cause of his illness is determined to be a shadow in his lungs.

Helios tells Chibiusa that she is the chosen maiden. PallaPalla uses more Amazon Stones to turn the tiger, the hawk, and the fish into humans named Tiger's Eye, Hawk's Eye, and Fish Eye. Fish Eye volunteers to go first, and targets Ami, as both he and she are of water element. He opens a tropical fish store which Ami enters, and PallaPalla persuades her to get a fish, which is Fish Eye in his true form.

He sends some Lemures to make Ami experience a nightmare of everyone around her rejecting her. When Ami pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie the nightmare, Fish Eye pulls her into a mirror to stay in a peaceful underwater setting forever. As she is falling to the nightmare, Guardian Mercury appears and reminds her of her true dream and that there are a lot of people who care about her. Ami resists the nightmare once and for all, transforms into Sailor Mercury with her Mercury Crystal, and uses Mercury Aqua Rhapsody to break out of the nightmare.

Usagi and Chibiusa arrive and transform, regaining their original ages in the process, and destroy Fish Eye with Moon Gorgeous Meditation. Sailor Chibi Moon then experiences self doubt thinking she'll never compare to Sailor Moon, and tells Helios this, suspecting that the maiden he seeks is not her, but Sailor Moon, whom Helios then learns is Princess Serenity. As Chibiusa expresses her self-doubt in the rain, Helios kisses her, temporarily assuming a humanoid form, and saying she is very important and love is all around her.

Helios is revealed to be astral projecting from a cage in Elysion, which has been corrupted by Nehelenia, who taunts Helios from her mirror. The day before the Dead Moon Circus opens, Rei questions her dream to run the shrine in Grandpa's place. When the Dead Moon Circus opens, Rei enters a Mirror House where a mirror displays a younger version of her marrying Tiger's Eye. Rei can't transform and starts to forget things before the Lemures give her a nightmare, while the Amazoness Quartet perform and have more Lemures drain energy for Zirconia to "revive" Nehelenia, with CereCere kicking out Luna, Artemis, and Diana.

Phobos and Deimos attack Tiger's Eye, forcing him to retreat inside the mirrors, and Rei wakes up and realizes Tiger's Eye's trick with help from Phobos and Deimos in human form. Rei transforms into Sailor Mars with her Mars Crystal and, remembering Sailor Neptune's words, destroys Tiger's Eye with Mars Flame Sniper, breaking the spell over the Amazoness Quartet's audience.

Mamoru is still very sick, and hides the cause from Usagi. Makoto and Chibiusa enter a herbal shop run by Hawk's Eye in a female disguise. Hawk's Eye has always dreamed of owning a shop and realized his dream, and Makoto says she shares the same dream as him.

Hawk's Eye gives Makoto and Chibiusa rings that he says will ward off evil spirits. It's revealed Makoto's parents died when she was young and her other dream is to get married and start a family of her own. Chibiusa gives her ring to Mamoru. Makoto returns to the herbal shop to tell Hawk's Eye she's afraid she won't be able to realize her dreams as long as she's a Sailor Guardian, and then she is attacked by Lemures inside the ring, exploiting her insecurity. Inside her dream, Guardian Jupiter appears and reminds her she must protect everyone, and remembers Sailor Uranus's words as well.

Makoto transforms into Sailor Jupiter with her Jupiter Crystal and pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie Hawk's Eye with Jupiter Oak Evolution. Hawk's Eye accepts his defeat and is content that he was able to realize his dream, even telling Sailor Jupiter to realize her dreams out of respect for her before he and his shop disintegrate.

After Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon destroy the Lemures attacking Mamoru from the ring Hawk's Eye gave Chibiusa, with Helios trying to defend him, Mamoru coughs up blood. Helios then reveals that he is priest of Elysion, a sacred place deep within the earth that protects it.

Helios is also Mamoru's guardian priest. The cause of Mamoru's illness is revealed to be a black rose in both his and Helios's chests, a sign that Elysion is weakening because of Nehelenia, ruler of the Dead Moon.

When the Silver Millennium was destroyed, the seal on Nehelenia faltered, and she cursed Elysion, and the solar eclipse enabled her to come to Earth. Helios says Sailor Moon must save Elysion with the Silver and Golden Crystals, and disappears. Mamoru wants to avoid Sailor Moon for fear of infecting her but she tells him they will get through this together. Minako is unable to transform. The Amazoness Quartet notice this, and VesVes summons two knife-throwing twins, Xenotime and Zeolite, to go after her.

Minako thinks she's a failure, and Xenotime invites her to a pop idol audition at the Dead Moon Circus, and she enters despite knowing it's a trap and being unable to transform. At pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie audition, Xenotime says Minako and the other idols must save four kids he set at the top of a tower, and the winner gets five million yen. Lemures attack the other idols, and despite Sailor Jupiter, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Mercury arriving to help Minako, she runs ahead to handle the situation on her own, and Zeolite pins Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Jupiter with knives and sets some Lemures on them.

Minako reaches the kids, but they turn out to be Lemures in disguise, and Minako is pinned by Xenotime with knives. VesVes then has the Lemures brainwash Minako, but Artemis quickly snaps her out of it, so VesVes sends her falling down a trapdoor over the edge of the tower. Artemis tries to save her, and PallaPalla sends a boulder falling on top of him.

Artemis then turns human, lifting the boulder while keeping Minako from falling to her doom, and when he gives her the Venus Crystal, she regains the ability to transform into Sailor Venus and destroys Xenotime and Zeolite with Venus Love and Beauty Shock.

PallaPalla then traps the four Sailor Guardians in vines before confronting them alongside VesVes, CereCere, and JunJun. As Usagi falls ill from a Black Rose inside her, Zirconia summons the nightmare energy she has accumulated in order to bring darkness to Earth. In a post credits scene, Hotaru, or perhaps Sailor Saturn within her, quotes a passage of the poem The Second Coming by W.

B. Yeats. Part 2 Hotaru has quickly grown from a baby into a little girl. When she plays the violin, ghostly apparitions of Helios and Chibiusa appear, ending with Chibiusa crying over Helios's dead body.

As Zirconia brings darkness to Earth and the moon, Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna realize an enemy is on Earth, but they, like the inner Sailor Guardians at first, have lost the ability to transform since the eclipse.

Sailor Saturn appears in the mirror and talks to Hotaru, saying she sleeps within her, and restoring her memories of her past life. Hotaru gives Haruka, Michiru, and Setsuna their Sailor Crystals restoring their ability to transform. Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, and Hotaru arrive at the fight between the Inner Sailor Guardians and Amazoness Quartet and transform into Sailor Uranus, Sailor Neptune, Sailor Pluto, and Sailor Saturn.

Sailor Uranus and Sailor Pluto release the inner Guardians from the vines.

Artemis turns back into a cat. As the Outer Guardians fight the Amazoness Quartet, Chibiusa and Usagi sense the Outer Guardians, and Chibiusa rushes to their side as Sailor Chibi Moon. Usagi and Mamoru also go out to try to help despite their illness. Sailor Neptune reveals the Dead Moon, which is a dark portal that nightmares are coming from, and people are being corrupted by the nightmare energy. After Sailor Chibi Moon, Sailor Moon, and Tuxedo Mask arrive, so does Zirconia, who mortally wounds Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask, causing them to de-transform and turn younger.

Zirconia and the Amazoness Quartet leave. Helios astral projects and teleports Usagi and Mamoru away to save their lives, disappearing as well.

Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Saturn go inside a tent to confront the Amazoness Quartet. CereCere says she'll send them to hell, to which Sailor Saturn says it's the Amazoness Quartet that are already in hell, revealing that they are corrupted by Nehelenia's dark nightmare power. Pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie are initially skeptical, but just as Sailor Saturn starts to get through to them, Zirconia traps them inside orbs, and then traps Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Saturn inside shards of glass.

She then puts the six of them inside Nehelenia's mirror. Usagi and Mamoru wake up in Elysion, restored to their true ages through what little purification power Elysion has left. Elysion has been turned into a land of nightmares by Nehelenia. Helios, astral projecting in human form, leads Usagi and Mamoru to a shrine where the only two other inhabitants of Elysion, two priestesses called the Maenads, are encased in crystal to protect them.

Long ago, Mamoru's family protected Elysion, where the Golden Kingdom used to exist. Mamoru regains his memory of this. While the Silver Crystal was the power crystal of Silver Millennium, the Golden Crystal was the power crystal of Elysion, of which Mamoru, as Endymion, was prince. Helios received a vision from who he assumes to be Usagi, and tells her to use her new crystal to break the seal of the Golden Crystal, pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie Usagi realizes is inside Mamoru as the Silver Crystal was inside her.

Helios leads them to his body, then Nehelenia confronts them from inside her mirror. Helios sends Usagi and Mamoru back to the surface. On return to the other Sailor Guardians, Usagi and Mamoru transform again. Zirconia conjures a hot, suffocating dark fog around the Sailor Guardians and Tuxedo Mask.

Helios uses the last of his power to send purifying crystals from Elysion to Earth, blocking Zirconia's fog, and apparently dying as a result.

Zirconia then traps the Sailor Guardians and Tuxedo Mask in a nightmare. Tuxedo Mask breaks free and snaps the Sailor Guardians out of it. All the Sailor Guardians except Sailor Moon (and Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Saturn, who are still imprisoned) combine their power and fight off Zirconia.

Sailor Moon follows Zirconia into Nehelenia's mirror, which then blocks Sailor Venus and the others from entering. Inside the mirror, Nehelenia traps Sailor Moon inside a dome conjured from the two shards of glass. Sailor Moon destroys it with Moon Gorgeous Meditation, releasing Sailor Chibi Moon and Sailor Saturn.

Sailor Moon and Sailor Chibi Moon try to use Moon Gorgeous Meditation on Nehelenia, but it turns out to be an illusion behind a glass screen. Sailor Mercury and Sailor Jupiter damage the mirror with Mercury Aqua Rhapsody and Jupiter Oak Evolution. Zirconia remains inside the mirror, saying this isn't over and Nehelenia will rule the universe for eternity, and Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon, and Sailor Saturn leave the mirror, Sailor Saturn taking the orbs containing the Amazoness Quartet with her.

The Dead Moon Circus seemingly disappears, but the darkness remains. All the Sailor Guardians and Tuxedo Mask teleport to Elysion, realizing Nehelenia is there. They meet the Maenads, now free of the crystal, who take them to Helios's cage. Chibiusa is convinced he's still alive because his bell still exists and Tuxedo Mask, who is connected to Helios, is still alive. Nehelenia's broken mirror appears, able to teleport between the Dead Moon Circus and Elysion, and Zircon flies into it before Nehelenia appears inside the mirror.

Nehelenia reveals she knew Queen Serenity before restoring the broken glass of her mirror.

pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie

Sailor Moon uses Moon Gorgeous Meditation, but Nehelenia reflects it, sending all the Sailor Guardians and Tuxedo Mask into a flashback of Sailor Moon's past life. In this flashback, Princess Serenity has just been born while Nehelenia's mirror is seen in Queen Serenity's room; Nehelenia, who was recognized for her evil by Sailor Mars, emerged from her mirror and cast darkness in the Silver Millennium. The Sailor Guardians remember that the Dead Moon was once a bright white moon until Nehelenia took it over, attracted by its light.

Once confirming Nehelenia's evil intentions, Queen Serenity imprisoned Nehelenia inside her mirror, but Nehelenia cursed Silver Millennium to fall and the princess to not ascend to power, implying her curse is the reason Queen Metalia overthrew the Silver Millennium.

Nehelenia set her sights on Earth following Silver Millennium's destruction. Nehelenia takes the Silver Crystal from Sailor Moon, de-transforming her, and is ready to kill the Sailor Guardians and rule the universe. Usagi and Tuxedo Mask kiss, breaking free of Nehelenia's nightmare and teleporting the Silver Crystal back to Usagi, transforming again. Sailor Moon transforms the other Sailor Guardians into princess forms and summons Luna, Artemis, and Diana in human form.

The Sailor Guardians's miniature forms from their dreams appear before them, revealing they are their Sailor Power Guardians. Following the Sailor Power Guardians' instructions, the Sailor Guardians send their power to Sailor Moon's Holy Grail, transforming her into Eternal Sailor Moon, who gets a new staff, and her Silver Crystal transforms.

The other Sailor Guardians and Tuxedo Mask, using the Golden Crystal released from inside him by Sailor Moon, send more power to Sailor Moon, who uses a new attack, Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss, on Nehelenia. Briefly appearing outside her mirror, Nehelenia ages into a form identical to Zirconia before she disappears back inside her mirror, which then turns to sand. With Nehelenia destroyed, the cage around Helios disappears, as does the Dead Moon, revealing the sun.

Earth and Elysion are restored to normal. Helios is returned to human form, and Sailor Chibi Moon revives him with a kiss and the power of her Pink Moon Crystal, which appears from her for the first time. Helios realizes the maiden he saw in his vision was not Sailor Moon, but Sailor Chibi Moon.

He puts the Golden Crystal on a staff and gives it pretty guardian sailor moon eternal the movie Tuxedo Mask, who turns into King Endymion while Sailor Moon turns into Neo Queen Serenity. Serenity and Endymion send the sand that used to be Nehelenia's mirror into the sun, destroying what remains of the Dead Moon. Sailor Saturn then has Serenity release the Amazoness Quartet from the orbs in which Zirconia had imprisoned them, revealing them to be Sailor Guardians of the asteroids of the solar system.

CereCere is Sailor Ceres, PallaPalla is Sailor Pallas, JunJun is Sailor Juno, and VesVes is Sailor Vesta. They were asleep in the Amazon Jungle as they were supposed to be, but Nehelenia used a curse to force them to awaken into a nightmare.

They go back to their sleep, saying their true awakening will take place when Sailor Chibi Moon becomes a full fledged Sailor Guardian. Helios summons a pegasus and escorts Endymion and the Sailor Guardians to the surface, then returns to Elysion, assuring Chibiusa that they will meet again. Though the Black Rose is gone from him and Usagi, Mamoru feels something hot in his heart.

He suspects it's the power of the Golden Crystal, but Usagi says it is a star shining within him, and what he's feeling is wanting to make their dreams come true and protect those they care about.
